    Projektets primære mål er at opkvalificerere en gruppe af ufaglærte beskæftigede til faglært status. Der satses på rekruttering af deltagere fra 50 virksomheder i SMV-segmentet.SMV-segmentet er særligt prioriterede vækstdrivere og som kan medvirke til at drive Region Sjællands udvikling fremad. Projektet vil samtidig følge den enkelte deltager hele vejen fra vejledning til faktisk opstart på EUV gennem en individuel håndholdt indsats og dermed medvirke til, at de personer, der erfaringsmæssigt tabes mellem de forskellige faser og mellem aktører, minimeres. Dette vil alt andet lige betyde at flere reelt opstarter på EUV. Dette er projektets røde tråd. Samtidig vil løbende videndeling og erfaringsudveksling sikre, at best practice tilgår alle i det nationale projekt samt at tidligere erfaring med ONSITE konceptualiceres og sikres anvendelse som løsningsmodel i forhold til rekruttering af beskæftigede EUV'ere.Projektet forventes at resultere i opkvalificering af i alt 20 deltagere til faglært status. 12 deltagere forventes at være opkvalificeret ved projektafslutning og 8 efter projektets afslutning. Inden opstart på EUV gennemfører deltagerne en vejledning, der sikrer at der igangsættes motivationsfaktorer, som ruster dem i forhold til det efterfølgende uddannelsesforløb. Dette sikres i en procesplan, som dels virksomhed, uddannelsesinstitution samt deltager involveres i. Projektet vil samtidig følge den enkelte deltager hele vejen fra vejledning til faktisk opstart på EUV gennem en individuel håndholdt indsats og dermed medvirke til, at de personer, der erfaringsmæssigt tabes mellem de forskellige faser og mellem aktører, minimeres.     The main objective of the project is to gain skills for a group of unskilled workers for skilled status. The recruitment of participants from 50 enterprises in the SME segment is targeted. the SME segment is particularly prioritised growth drivers and can contribute to the development of Region Zealand’s development. At the same time, the project will accompany each participant all the way from guidance for effective start-up in the EUV through individual hand-held action, thus helping to minimise the experience between the different phases and between actors. This will mean, all things being equal, more effective starting up on the EUV. This is the project’s red wire. At the same time, continuous knowledge-sharing and exchange of experience will ensure that best practice is accessed by all in the national project, as well as previous experience with onsite conceptualisations and is applied as a policy option in relation to the recruitment of employed EUV’erectis. the project is expected to result in the upskilling of a total of 20 participants of skilled status. 12 participants are expected to be qualified by project completion and 8 at the end of the project. Before starting up in the EUV, the participants will provide guidance to ensure that motivation factors are put in place that will equip them with the following training course. This will be ensured by a process plan which, on the one hand, enterprise, educational institution and participant will be involved. at the same time, the project will accompany each participant along the path, from guidance to effective start-up in the EUV through individual hand-held action, thus helping to minimise the experience between the different phases and between actors.
