Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup 1 szt. samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z wyposażeniem oraz 7 kompletów sprzętu wykorzystywanego przy akcjach ratowniczych. Zakupiony przez Gminę pojazd zostanie przekazany do użytkowania dla OSP Kamińsk a zakupiony sprzęt dla OSP w: Kamińsku, Górowie Iławeckim, Grotowie, Janikowie, Kandytach, Pieszkowie i Toprzynach. Terenem oddziaływania projektu jest teren województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego, w których powyższe jednostki uczestniczą w zdarzeniach mających negatywny wpływ na środowisko regionu. Zakres projektu został przeanalizowany pod katem występujących potrzeb inwestycyjnych. W wyniku przeprowadzonej analizy wariantów ( Zał.1 SW) wybrano rozwiązanie zabezpieczające w sposób optymalny Warmię i Mazury przed wystąpieniem i skutkami klęsk żywiołowych i katastrof ekologicznych, co w pełni wpisuje się w założenia celu oraz typu projektu (Wyposażenie i wzmocnienie służb ratowniczych) SzOOP RPO WWM, wypełniając: Wskaźnik produktu: Liczba jednostek służb ratowniczych doposażonych w sprzęt do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych i usuwania skutków katastrof – 7 szt. W realizację projektu zaangażowano Gminę jak i jednostki OSP. Gmina odpowiada za: przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie przetargu, podpisanie umowy, odbiór techniczny sprzętu i rozliczenie z dostawcą, promocję, monitorowanie przebiegu projektu, rozliczenie dotacji, przekazanie w użyczenie sprzętu OSP. Do zadań jednostek OSP należy: promocja projektu i realizacja zadań merytorycznych projektu. Zapewnieniem wkładu własnego (15%) zajmie się Gmina, zostanie on pokryty ze środków własnych wnioskodawcy. Realizacja projektu zwiększy bezpieczeństwo mieszkańców województwa, podniesie zdolności operacyjne jednostek straży pożarnej i pozwoli na podjęcie szybkiej i skutecznej akcji ograniczającej skutki awarii, katastrof i klęsk żywiołowych. The project involves the purchase of 1 rescue and firefighting vehicles with equipment and 7 sets of equipment used for rescue operations. The car, purchased by the Municipality, will be submitted for use to the Kamińsk TSO and the equipment purchased for the TSO in: Kamiansk, Górów Iława, Grojee, Janikovo, Kandytes, Pieszków and Topoach. The project area affected is the area of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie region, where the above units are involved in events with a negative impact on the environment of the region. The scope of the project has been examined under the relevant investment needs. As a result of the analysis of the options (1 SW), a solution was chosen to make the best possible solution to Warmia and Mazury in front and to the consequences of natural disasters and environmental disasters, which is fully in line with the purpose and design of the project (Equipment and strengthening of the rescue services) of the ROP WWM, filling in: Output indicator: Number of emergency service units equipped to carry out emergency rescue and post-disaster clean-up measures — 7 Both the Municipality and the TSO were involved in the project. The municipality is responsible for: the preparation and conduct of the tender, signature of the contract, receipt of technical reception and settlement with the supplier, promotion, monitoring of the conduct of the project, statement of the subsidy, transfer to the operator of the equipment of the TSO. The tasks of the units of a TSO shall be to: project promotion and implementation of the content-related tasks of the project. The own contribution (15 %) will be carried out by the Gmina, which will be covered by the applicant’s own resources. The project will enhance the security of the inhabitants of the province, increase the operational capacity of the fire brigade and allow rapid and effective action to reduce the consequences of accidents, disasters and natural disasters.
