Předmětem navržených opatření vedoucích ke snížení energetické náročnosti budovy je zateplení svislých obvodových konstrukcí, zateplení střech, výměna doposud nevyměněných výplní otvorů. Objekt dotace se na parcele 1333/7. Objekt se nachází v památkově chráněném území, dle PRŽAP plnit min. 10% úspor energie, min. 10% úsporu emisí . Dosažená úspora energie je celkem 35,71 % (GJ) - odpovídá 50% dotaci. Dle PRŽAP není potřeba dokládat PENB, Žádáme o podporu v NZU (Czech)

The proposed measures to reduce the energy performance of the building are the insulation of vertical clearance structures, the insulation of roofs, the exchange of outstanding patches with openings. The object of the subsidy is 1333/7. The object is located in a listed conservation area, according to PRŽAP, at least 10 % of energy savings, at least 10 % emissions savings. The energy saving achieved is a total of 35.71 % (GJ) — corresponding to a 50 % subsidy. According to PRŽAP, there is no need to prove the PENB, We are applying for support in the NZU (English)
