Cílem projektu je vzdělávat zaměstnance, tak aby rostla jejich efektivita a tím i konkurenceschopnosti podniku na trhu. V současné době probíhají ve společnosti Žatecká teplárenská, a.s. velké technologické změny s cílem úspor energií, nákladů, ale i ohleduplnějšímu přístupu k životnímu prostředí a spolu s těmito inovacemi vyvstala nutnost vyšších požadavků na zaměstnance, cílem projektu je vzdělávání těchto zaměstnanců. Projekt je zaměřen i na zaměstnance 54+, tak aby jim umožnil rozvoj. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to educate employees in order to increase their efficiency and thus the competitiveness of the firm on the market. Currently in Žatecká steplárenská, a.s. is currently undergoing major technological changes in order to save energy, costs but also a more sensitive approach to the environment and, together with these innovations, the need for higher requirements for staff is necessary, the aim of the project is to educate these employees. The project is also targeted at staff 54 + to enable them to develop. (English)
