Implementaci zahraničního know-how doplní osvětová kampaň. (Czech)

The project aims to promote the active participation of men in the care of children and their living space. The project aims to contribute to the reduction of gender inequalities in childcare (and thus in the labour market). The project will transfer the know-how from the Fhihood Institute to develop and test a training programme for HR/HR leading to the establishment of an active paternity support strategy for the company’s staff. The implementation of external expertise will complement the awareness raising campaign. (English)
