Projekt zakłada podniesienie jakości i efektywności kształcenia ogólnego w Zespole Edukacyjnym w Bytnicy obejmującym Szkołę Podstawową i Gimnazjum. Wsparciem w ramach projektu w roku szkolnym 2016/2017 zostanie objętych 150 uczniów i 8 nauczycieli ZE w Bytnicy. Działania podejmowane w projekcie będą obejmowały: 1. kształtowanie i rozwijanie kompetencji kluczowych uczniów poprzez realizację pozalekcyjnych zajęć edukacyjnych 2. doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli w zakresie stosowania metod sprzyjających rozwijaniu u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych poprzez realizację zajęć warsztatowych dla nauczycieli 3. tworzenie warunków dla nauczania opartego na metodzie eksperymentu poprzez wyposażenie międzyszkolnej pracowni do nauczania przedmiotów przyrodniczych 4. kształtowanie i rozwijanie kompetencji uczniów w zakresie przedmiotów przyrodniczych poprzez realizację pozalekcyjnych zajęć edukacyjnych 5. doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych nauczyciel w zakresie nauk przyrodniczych poprzez realizację zajęć warsztatowych dla nauczycieli. The project will improve the quality and efficiency of general education in the Educational Education Team in Bytnica, including the Primary School and the Gimnatum School. The project support for the project in the school year 2016/2017 will be covered by 150 pupils and 8 teachers in Bynica. The activities undertaken in the project will include: 1. shaping and developing the competences of key students through the implementation of extra-curricular educational activities 2. improving teachers’ skills and competences in applying methods to foster the development of students in key competences through the implementation of workshop for teachers. 3. creating the conditions for teaching on an experimental method by equipping them with the teaching of natural items in teaching items 4. developing and developing the competences of students in natural subjects through the implementation of extra-curricular educational activities 5. upgrading the skills and competences of professional teachers in natural sciences through the provision of workshops for teachers.
