Głównym celem proj. jest wzrost do 29.02.2020r. aktywności społ./zawod./eduk. u 14os. [9K/5M w tym 2os.z niepełnospr.] w wieku 15-64l.w tym os.bezrob. [I-III profil] zagroż.ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społ.z pow.węgorzewskiego oraz objęcie tych os. [w tym ich otoczenia w zakresie, w jakim jest to niezbędne dla wsparcia os.wykluczonych społ.objętych wsparciem] działaniami aktywnej integracji skutkującej uzyskaniem zatrud.przez minimum 25% uczest.proj.do 3m-cy od zakończ.udziału w proj. Rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji proj. to: a) liczba osób zagroż.ubóstwem i/lub wykl.społ.objętych wsparciem w programie: 14os.(9K/5M) b) liczba osób z niepełnospr.objętych wsparciem w programie: 2os.(1K/1M) c) liczba osób zagroż.ubóstwem i/lub wykl.społ.pracujących po opuszczeniu programu: 4os.(2K/2M) d) liczba osób zagroż.ubóstwem i/lub wykl.społ.,które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu: 5os.(3K/2M) e) wskaźnik efektywności społ.[minimum 34% grupy docelowej-5os./3K/2M] f) wskaźnik efektywności zatrud.[minimum 25% grupy docelowej-4os./2K/2M]. W proj.przewidziano następujące formy wsparcia dla uczest.proj.-[14os./9K/5M w tym 2os.z niepełnospr.]: - grupowe warsztaty psych.-społ.-(160 godzin) - grupowy warsztat zawod.-dorad.-(40 godzin) połączony z indywidualnym poradnictwem zawod.[w tym wypracowywanie IPD/ścieżki reintegracji-po 4 godziny na osobę) - szkolenia zawod.w ramach IKS (Indywid.Kupon Szkol.) dostosowane do umiejętności i predyspozycji uczestników oraz potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy-(1 szkolenie do wyboru trwające średnio 150 godzin dydaktycznych na 1 uczestnika proj.) - indywid.pradnictwo psychologiczne-(przez okres 16m-cy) - indywid.pośrednictwo pracy-(przez okres 10m-cy) - 6 m-czny staż zawod.[50% grupy docelowej]. Przewidziano także wsparcie towarzyszące jak: stypendia, wyżywienie, zwrot kosztów dojazdu, zwrot kosztów opieki nad os.zależnymi/dzieckiem, pokrycie kosztów niezbędnych badań lekarskich i ubezpieczeń. The main objective of the project is to increase social/professional activity in 14os by 29.02.2020. [9K/5M of which 2 of disability] aged 15-64. The risk of poverty and/or exclusion and the inclusion of these areas will be jeopardised. [including their surroundings, to the extent that this is necessary to support the excluded social support measures] of the active inclusion activity resulting in the acquisition of employed workers, with a minimum of 25 % of the participants at 3 months from the end of their participation in the proj. The results to be achieved through the implementation of the project are: (a) the number of people in danger of poverty and/or of the popul.supported in the programme: 14oS. (9K/5M) (b) Number of disabled persons supported by the programme: 2oS. (1K/1M) c) The number of people at risk of poverty and/or exclusion from the scheme: 4oS. (2K/2M) d) The number of persons threatened by poverty and/or qualification having acquired a qualification after leaving: 5oS. (3K/2M) (e) The social performance indicator [minimum 34 % of docelowej-5os./3K/2M] (f) the toxicity indicator (minimum 25 % of group docelowej-4os./2K/2M). The following forms of support for participants are provided for: [14os./9K/5M including 2o.of disability]: — (160 hours) group psychomotor workshop — (40 hours) combined with individual advisory workshops — (10 hours) combined with individual counselling (s) (including IPDs/reintegrations after 4 hours per person) — training player skills and suitability, and the needs of the participants and the needs of the local labour market — (1 training course for an average of 150 teaching hours per 1 participant proj.) — indicators for psycho-social counselling (for a period of 16 months) — Turkey’s 6-month traineeship. [50 % of the target group]. Support is also provided for: grants, meals, travel expenses, reimbursement of costs of care of a dependent/child, cost of necessary medical and insurance tests. (English)
