Głównym problemem, na który odpowiada projekt to niska aktywność zawodowa (podjęcie lub utrzymanie zatrudnienia) mieszkanek i mieszkańców Olsztyna i powiatu olsztyńskiego, sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 i z tego powodu pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz tych, którym funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi do lat 3 utrudniają powrót do pracy, tj. utrzymanie zatrudnienia. Zwiększenie szans na podjęcie lub utrzymanie zatrudnienia 60 (57K i 3M) mieszkańców Miasta Olsztyn i powiatu olsztyńskiego - pozostających bez zatrudnienia (bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo) i sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 lub powracających na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z opieką nad dziećmi do lat 3, a także osób pracujących, których powrót lub utrzymanie zatrudnienia jest nie możliwe ze względu na opiekę nad dzieckiem do lat 3, poprzez upowszechnienie i zapewnienie dostępu do usług opiekuńczych nad dziećmi w formie opiekuna dziennego w okresie realizacji projektu 01.10.2019-28.02.2022. Działania obejmują adaptację pomieszczeń (4 miesiące), zakup wyposażenia (2 miesiące) oraz prowadzenie działalności bieżącej przez 24 miesiące. Główne efekty projektu to: 1) 60 utworzonych miejsc opieki na dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 w ramach instytucji opiekuna dziennego, 2) 60 osób opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 objętych wsparciem w programie, Wsparciem zostanie objętych 60 osób (57K i 3 M) z terenu Olsztyna i powiatu olsztyńskiego: a) OSOBY POZOSTAJĄCE BEZ ZATRUDNIENIA, sprawujące opiekę nad dziećmi do 3 roku życia, b) OSOBY POWRACAJĄCE DO PRACY po przerwie związanej z opieką nad dziećmi do 3 roku życia. Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie Miasta Olsztyn i powiatu olsztyńskiego w okresie od 01.10.2019 r. do 28.02.2022 r.. (Polish)

The main problem that the project is responsible for is the low level of professional activity (taking up or maintaining employment) for residents and residents of Olsztyn and the District of Olsztyński, who are caring for the children up to the 3s and, for that reason, who are unemployed and those who are caring for the children up to the 3s have made it difficult to return to work, i.e. maintaining employment. Increasing the chances of employment of 60 (57K and 3M) of the inhabitants of Olsztyn and Olsztyński districts (unemployed or inactive) and caring for children up to the age of 3 or returning to the labour market after a break in childcare up to the 3s, as well as working persons whose return and/or maintenance is not possible due to childcare until the 3s, by spreading and providing access to care services for children as a carer during the 01.10.2019-28.02.2022 project. The activities include the adaptation of premises (4 months), the purchase of equipment (2 months) and the operation of the current business for 24 months. The main effects of the project are: (1) 60 childcare places for children up to 3 years old, 2) 60 people looking after children aged up to 3 supported by the programme will be supported by 60 persons (57K and 3 M) from Olsztyn and Olsztyński: (a) OBUs, involving children up to the age of 3, (b) OSOBS returning to PRACY after a break in caring for children up to the age of 3. The project will be implemented in the City of Olsztyn and Olsztyński in the period from 01.10.2019 to 28.02.2022. (English)
