SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).Celem projektu jest opracowanie technologii wykonania i późniejszej produkcji uchylnego, aluminiowo-szklanego frontu meblowego wyposażonego w zintegrowany zawias. Rozwiązanie będzie dedykowane dla szafek wiszących (przeważnie kuchnia, ale także salon, przedpokój lub garderoba). Cechą charakterystyczną nowego typu frontu będzie pełna integracja mechanizmu unosząco-domykającego wewnątrz aluminiowej ramy nośnej frontu, co spowoduje znaczącą oszczędność miejsca w szafce, wygodę użytkowania oraz znaczące zwiększenie szerokości operacyjnej wnęki szafki. Projekt podzielony został na 3 etapy, z których dwa pierwsze stanowią badania przemysłowe, a ostatni stanowi prace rozwojowe: BP1 (12m): Badania struktury nośnej frontu i opracowanie mechanizmu zawieszenia o nowej kinematyce ruchu . BP2 (12m): Badania dynamiki ruchu frontu oraz opracowanie mechanizmów wspomagających użytkowanie. PR1 (12m): Rozwój podzespołów składowych systemu i weryfikacja prawidłowości działania w warunkach rzeczywistych. Wynikiem końcowym projektu będzie opracowana technologia wykonania oraz prototyp uchylnego frontu meblowego ze zintegrowanym systemem otwierająco-zamykającym, sprawdzona w rzeczywistych warunkach użytkowania na ostatnim dziewiątym poziomie gotowości technologicznej TRL9. SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The purpose of the project is to develop a technology for the production and subsequent production of hinged, aluminium and glass fittings on the ground with integrated hinge.The solution will be dedicated to cupboards (mostly kitchens, but also saloon, pre-peace or gardeba).A distinctive feature of the new front type will be the full integration of the imbalance mechanism inside the aluminium backbone within the aluminium frame, resulting in significant room savings in the cabinet, a comfortable use and a significant increase in the operational width of the cabinet.The project is divided into 3 stages, the first two being industrial research and the last one being a development:BP1 (12 m):Research on the structure of the superstructure and the development of a suspension mechanism with a new kinematic movement.BP2 (12 m):Research on the dynamics of the front movement and the development of use mechanisms.PR1 (12 m):The development of the components of the system and the verification of the correct functioning of the operation.The final result of the project will be the development of the execution technology and the prototype of the hinged front of the furniture area with an integrated opening and closing system which is tested under real conditions of use at the last ninth TRL9 technological readiness level.
