Przedmiotem projektu jest zaprojektowanie i wykonanie budowy Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych PSZOK w Lubniu wraz z zakupem niezbędnego wyposażenia.W zakres projektu wchodzą:I dokumentacja projektowa wraz z uzyskaniem wymaganych uzgodnień i pozwoleńII roboty budowlane wraz z uzyskaniem pozwolenia na użytkowanie lub potwierdzenia przyjęcia zgłoszenia zamiaru użytkowania bez sprzeciwuIII zakup wyposażenia po wykonaniu niezbędnych robót budowlanych. Zakres projektu w części dotyczącej wykonania robót budowlanych, obejmuje:montaż boksów;montaż rampy,wykonanie oświetlenia ledowego,montaż monitoringu,wykonanie odwodnienia,utwardzenie placu,wykonanie ogrodzenia,montaż wiaty.Zakres inwestycji objętej zamówieniem, w części dotyczącej zakupu wyposażenia, obejmuje zakup:wagi stacjonarnej najazdowej,rampy do rozładunku betonowej,wózka platformy małej,wózka transportowego przechylnego,kontenera dużego 36m3kontenera zakrytego 10m3kontenerów z tworzywakontenerów na odpady segregowane 10 m3kontenera ocieplanego dla obsługi. Ponadto, w ramach projektu zaplanowano realizację działań promocyjnoinformacyjnych, związanych z edukacją ekologiczną. Na działania związanie z koniecznością podniesienia świadomości ekologicznej składały się będą: konkurs plastyczny dla dzieci i młodzieży szkolnej; pogadanki w miejskich szkołach i przedszkolach; rozpowszechnianie broszur dotyczących funkcjonowania PSZOK i konieczności zwiększenia stopnia odzysku odpadów.Działania te będą promować postawy proekologiczne oraz poczucie odpowiedzialności za stan środowiska w zakresie zagospodarowania odpadów i konieczności zwiększenia stopnia ich segregacji. The scope of the project in the part relating to the execution of the works, obejmuje:montaż boxes; installation of the ramp, installation of the ground lighting, installation of monitoring, installation of monitoring, drainage, paving, fencing, fencing, wiat.Scope of the investment covered by the contract, in the part relating to the purchase of equipment, includes zakup:wagi fixed entry ramp, ground loading ramps, small platform trolley, the container of a large 36 m³ container, the container of a large 10 m³ container of containers containing 10 m3containers of complete warming containers for handling. In addition, project promotion activities linked to environmental education are planned. Actions relating to the need to raise environmental awareness will consist of: educational contest for children and young people; kidnapping in schools and kindergartens in urban areas; the dissemination of brochures on the functioning of the PSZOK and the need to increase the rate of waste recovery will promote green attitudes and the sense of responsibility for the environmental status of waste management and the need to increase the degree of segregation.
