Przedsięwzięcie polega na budowie drogi ekspresowej S3 odc. Legnica - Lubawka o długości 67,20, która w całości zlokalizowana jest w sieci bazowej TEN-T. Projektowany odcinek drogi ekspresowej S3 zlokalizowany jest w południowo - zachodniej części Polski, przebiega przez obszar województwa dolnośląskiego. Przebieg projektowanej drogi ekspresowej S3 rozpoczyna się w gminie Krotoszyce, następnie trasa przechodzi przez gminy Męcinka, Jawor, Mściwojów, Paszowice, Dobromierz, Bolków, Stare Bogaczowice, Czarny Bór, Marciszów, Kamienna Góra i Lubawka. Na całym odcinku projektowanej drogi ekspresowej przewidziano przekrój dwujezdniowy z dwoma pasami ruchu, pasem dzielącym i pasem awaryjnym, dostosowany do prognozowanego poziomu ruchu. Zaprojektowane, w ramach przedmiotowej inwestycji, węzły drogowe, umożliwią bezpieczną komunikację i rozprowadzenie ruchu po pozostałej sieci drogowej oraz obsługę przyległego terenu poprzez sieć dróg dojazdowych. Projekt składa się z czterech zadań: • Zadanie I: od węzła Legnica II (bez węzła) do węzła Jawor II (z węzłem) • Zadanie II: od węzła Jawor II (bez węzła) do węzła Bolków (z węzłem) • Zadanie III: od węzła Bolków (bez węzła) do węzła Kamienna Góra Północ (bez węzła), • Zadanie IV: od węzła Kamienna Góra Północ (z węzłem) do granicy państwa. The project consists of the construction of the S3 express road.Legnica — Lubawka with a length of 67,20, which is entirely located on the TEN-T core network. the planned section of the S3 expressway is located in the south-west of Poland and runs through the region of Dolnośląskie Province.The design of the S3 express road begins in the municipality of Krotoszyce, then the route passes through the municipalities of Męcinka, Jawor, Mocwów, Pashtoowice, Dobrogean, Bolków, Stare Bogaczowice, Czarny Bór, Marcizów, Kamienna Góra and Lubawka.On the whole section of the proposed expressway, a dual carriageway has a dual carriageway with two lanes, a dividing strip and a secondary belt that is adjusted to the forecasted traffic.Designed, within the framework of this investment, the road junctions will enable secure communication and distribution of traffic on the remaining road network and the maintenance of the adjacent land via the network of access roads.The project consists of four tasks:• Task I:from the Legnica node II (without junction) to the Jawor II junction (with interchange)• Task II:from the Jawor II junction to the Bolków junction (with interchange)• Task III:from the Bolków junction (without the junction) to the Kamienna Góra North (no node),• Task IV:from the Kamienna Góra North (with interchange) to the border of the State.
