Przedmiotem projektu będzie zwiększenie zdolności produkcyjnej zakładu oraz dywersyfikacja jego produkcji poprzez wprowadzenie do oferty firmy nowych produktów (w zakresie nowości ich cech i funkcjonalności). Inwestycja jest inwestycją nową w rzeczowe aktywa trwałe,polega na nabyciu innowacyjnej linii technologicznej do produkcji siłowników hydraulicznych o długości skoku do 10 m, której wdrożeniu będą służyć 4 maszyny (zakupione w I etapie inwestycji) oraz do montażu siłowników hydraulicznych dwustronnego działania, któremu będzie służyć jedna maszyna (zakupiona w II etapie inwestycji). Pierwszym krokiem w realizacji projektu będzie wybór dostawców zakupywanych maszyn zgodnie z zasadami w zakresie udzielania zamówień określonymi w ramach RPO WZ. Wnioskodawca zamierza uruchomić procedurę wyboru wszystkich urządzeń jednocześnie i rozpocząć ją pod koniec marca 2016 roku. Budżet projektu podzielony jest na dwa zadania. Po dostarczeniu wszystkich maszyn produkcyjnych i ich instalacji nastąpi uruchomienie całej linii produkcyjnej, wykonanie pilotażowej serii produktów oraz uruchomienie produkcji. Zakończenie etapu: 30.06.2017. Po zakończeniu realizacji zadania możliwe będzie pełne wykorzystanie infrastruktury powstałej w wyniku projektu. Firma posiada zasoby techniczne,kadrowe i wiedzę, gwarantujące prawidłowe przeprowadzenie procesu. (Polish)

The project will increase the production capacity of the plant and diversify its production by introducing new products (in terms of novelty of their features and functionality) in the company’s bid. The investment is a new investment in tangible assets, consists of the acquisition of an innovative technology line for the production of hydraulic actuators for the production of up to 10 m in length, the implementation of which will serve 4 machinery (purchased at first stage of the investment) and the installation of hydraulic actuators of a bilateral action to be used by a single machine (purchased in the second stage of the investment). The first step in the implementation of the project will be to select the suppliers of the purchased machinery in accordance with the procurement rules set out under the ROP WZ. The applicant intends to launch a procedure for the selection of all installations at the same time and start at the end of March 2016. The budget of the project is divided into two tasks. Once all manufacturing machinery and equipment have been delivered, the entire production line, a pilot product series and the launch of production will be launched. End of phase: 30.06.2017. Once the execution of the project has been completed, it will be possible to make full use of the infrastructure created by the project. The company has technical, human and knowledge resources to ensure that the process is properly conducted. (English)
