Celem ogólnym projektu jest poprawa warunków funkcjonowania placówek oświatowych, dla których organem prowadzącym jest Gmina Dukla poprzez wdrożenie e-usług na rzecz szerokiej grupy interesantów: rodziców, uczniów i pracowników placówek oświatowych oraz Zespołu Obsługi Placówek Oświatowych podnoszących jakość zarządzania placówką i jej konkurencyjność w okresie 03.10.2016-31.08.2017.Przedmiotowy projekt zlokalizowany jest na terenie gminy Dukla w miejscowościach: Tylawa, Jasionka, Równe, Łęki Dukielskie i Dukla. Zakres prac przewidzianych do realizacji w ramach projektu obejmuje: • Zakup infrastruktury sprzętowej i oprogramowania niezbędnego do uruchomienia systemu e-usług w 5 Zespołach Szkół, w tym zakup 91 szt. zestawów komputerowych i 14 szt. urządzeń mobilnych do obsługi e-dziennika podczas lekcji WF,• Dostawa platformy e-usług,• Wdrożenie, testowanie i uruchomienie 7 szt. e-usług w tym 6 szt. na co najmniej 3 poziomie dojrzałości, tj. - e-nabory,- e-stypendium,- e-usprawiedliwienia,- e-świetlica,- e-stołówka,- e-dowozy,- e-najem, (Polish)

The general objective of the project is to improve the operating conditions for educational establishments, for which the municipality of Dukla operates through the implementation of e-services for a wide range of interested parties: the parents, pupils and employees of educational institutions and the Global Service Team that increase the quality of the facility’s management and its competitiveness during the period 03.10.2016-31.08.2017.This project is located in the municipality of Dukla in the municipalities of: Tyljawa, Jasionka, Equities, Łęka Dukala and Dukla. The scope of work to be carried out under the project shall consist of: • The purchase of equipment and software necessary for the deployment of the e-services system in 5 assemblies of schools, including the purchase of 91 computer sets and 14 mobile devices to operate the e-logbook in lessons WF,• Supply of e-services platforms,• Implementation, testing and deployment of 7 e-services including 6 units at least 3 maturity level, i.e. — e-scholarship, — e-grant, e-justification, e-canker, -e-canteen, — e-feeder, — e-hire, (English)
