CEL GŁÓWNY: do 31.08.2019 poprawa funkcjonowania 20 rodzin (50 osób/72%K, w tym 30 dzieci) wielodzietnych, ubogich rodzin z dziećmi, rodzin z osobami niepełnosprawnymi i innymi osobami niesamodzielnymi, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkujących na terenie Gminy wiejskiej Lubowidz poprzez zindywidualizowane działania zapobiegające procesom ubóstwa, marginalizacji i wykluczenia społecznego tych rodzin.CELE SZCZEGÓŁOWE: 1.W okresie 1.09.2017-31.08.2018 wzrost kompetencji społecznych i życiowych u min. 12 osób/ 9 K, tj. członków 20 rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym. 2.W okresie 1.09.2018-31.08.2018 wzrost kompetencji rodzicielskich i wychowawczych u min. 12 osób/ 9 K z 20 rodzin oraz wzmocnienie więzi rodzinnych u min. 30 osób/ 22 K z 20 rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ.. 3. W okresie 1.09.2017-31.08.2018 wzrost kwalifikacji zawodowych u min. 4 (z 16 os.) bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo członków 16 rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ. Zadania projektu: Program wsparcia kompetencji życiowych i społecznych dla 20 rodzin (20 os. dorosłych i 30 dzieci); Program wsparcia kompetencji rodzicielskich i wychowawczych, przywrócenia i wzmocnienia więzi rodzinnych dla 20 rodzin (20 os. dorosłych i 30 dzieci); Działania edukacyjne dla 16 rodzin (16os). Wskaźniki: 50 os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. zostanie objętych wsparciem w programie (w tym 4 os. z niepełnospraw., 16os. bezrob/biernych i 30 dzieci); 22% UP (z 16 os) uzyska kwalifik. po opuszczeniu proj.; 56% UP (z 16os) rozpocznie dział. związane z aktywnym poszukiwaniem pracy; 30% UP (z 16 os) podejmie pracę po opuszczeniu proj.; 34% UP dokona postępu w aktywizacji społecznej (efekt. społ.);34% UP o znacznym stopniu niepełnospraw/ z niepełnospr.intelek. /z niepełnospr.sprzężonymi dokona postępu w aktywizacji społ.; u 12os.wzrosną kompetencje społ., życiowe, rodzicielskie i wychowawcze oraz u min. 30 os.zostaną wzmocnione więzi rodzinne. GOAL: up to 31.08.2019 to improve the functioning of 20 families (50 persons/72 % K, including 30 children) in large families, families with children with disabilities and other dependants, who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the area of the rural community of Lubuskie, through tailor-made measures to prevent poverty, marginalisation and social exclusion in rural areas: 1.During the 1.09.2017-31.08.2018 period, the increase in social and life competences at a minimum of 12 osób/9 K, i.e. the members of the 20 families at risk of poverty and social exclusion. 2.During the period 1.09.2018-31.08.2018, the increase in parental and parental competences in at least 12 osób/9 K out of 20 families and the strengthening of family ties at least 30 osób/22 K out of 20 families at risk of poverty and exclusion. 3. Between 1.09.2017 and 31.08.2018, the increase in professional qualifications in at least 4 (out of 16) of the unemployed and inactive members of 16 families at risk of poverty and social exclusion Tasks of the project: A programme of support for life and social competences for 20 families (20 adults and 30 children); A programme to support parental and educational competences, restore and strengthen family ties for 20 families (20 adults and 30 children); Educational activities for 16 families (16os). Indicators: 50 people who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion will be supported in the programme (including 4 persons with disabilities., 16-no/passive and 30 children); 22 % of the UP (out of 16 os) will be eligible. 56 % of the UP (out of 16os) will start the work on active job search; 30 % of the UP (out of 16 os) will take up a job upon leaving; 34 % of the UP will make progress towards social inclusion (ephemeral social inclusion); 34 % of UP degrees with a strong disability/disability. /with a disability the equipment will make progress in social activation; in 12os.social, living, parental and educational responsibilities and at least 30 will increase their family ties.
