Cílem projektu je vytvoření jednotného systému validace dopravně-technologických informací, který shromáždí dopravní, stavové-a technologické informace z různých inteligentních dopravních systémů a umožní otevřený přístup k dopravním informacím pro modelové plánování, informování dopravními portály, návazné systémy vyšší inteligence pro řízení dopravy a další subjekty třetích stran.Tohoto cíle bude dosaženo prostřednictvím Inovačního partnerství.
