Propojení aktérů, kteří někdy působí vedle sebe, do jedné sítě multidisciplinární praxe a aktivity podporující ohrožené rodiny přímo, povede k rychlejší a efektivnější podpoře rodiny. (Czech)

The project aims to promote multidisciplinary work with children at risk and their families in Brno. The setting up of an interdisciplinary team for children at risk in combination with other support processes and activities will allow these children and families an inter-ministerial and comprehensive support to meet the needs and defend the interests. Bringing together actors that sometimes operate alongside one another in one network of multi-disciplinary practices and activities supporting vulnerable families will lead to faster and more effective family support.
