V rámci projektu budou pracovníci společnosti proškoleni v těchto aktivitách: Technické a jiné odborné vzdělávání, Interní lektor, Měkké a manažerské dovednosti. Cílem je zvýšit znalosti zaměstnanců, které jsou důležité pro výkon jejich pracovní činnosti. Rizika projektu mohou spočívat např. v nízkém zájmu cílové skupiny o školení, či nedodržení harmonogramu projektu. Všechna rizika se však bude společnost snažit eliminovat tak, aby byly cíle a indikátory projektu řádně a včas splněny. (Czech)

The aim is to increase the knowledge of employees that are important for the performance of their work. Project risks may be based, for example, in the low interest of the target group on training, or a failure to comply with the project timetable. However, the company will try to eliminate all risks in such a way that the project’s objectives and indicators are properly and timely fulfilled. (English)
