Jego celem jest zwiększenie zatrud. ww os. pozost. bez pracy w pow. chojn. Gł.rezultatem będzie podjęcie zatrud. przez 536 os.(196K,340M). Specyficzną gr. doc. st. os. z niepełnospr. i długotrwale bezr.(opis w pkt G.2).30.11.2016r.w ewid.PUP Ch-ce(z wył. os. przed ukoń. 30 r.ż) przeważały kobiety (2973:1662K, 1311M). Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem około 40% kobiet. W l. 2017-2018 do proj.skier.zostanie 667 os.(267K,400M),w tym:38 os. z niepełnospr.(22K,16M);328 os. długotrwale bezr.(139K,189M);505 os. o niskich kwalif.(178K,327M);115 os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej(26K,89M);267 kobiet;667 os.,dla których zostanie przygot.IPD (267K,400M);667 os.,dla których zostanie ustal.profil pomocy(267K,400M). W proj. zaplanowano działania: pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawod. uczestnika proj. w postaci IPD, pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zaw.,szkolenia,staże,prace interw.,jednorazowe środki na podjęcie dz. gosp.,refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy.Projekt zakłada wskaźnik efekt. zatrud. na poziomie: dla os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej–co najmniej 33%,dla kobiet–co najmniej 39%, dla os. z niepełnospr.–co najmniej 33%,dla os. długotrwale bezrobotnych–co najmniej 30%,dla os. o niskich kwalif.–co najmniej 38%. Wskaźnik efekt. zatrudnieniowej mierzony będzie do trzech m-cy od zakończenia przez uczestnika udziału w proj. We wskaźniku efekt. zatrud. nie zostaną uwzględnione os., które otrzymały jednorazowe śr. na pod.dz.g. Actions are planned: in-depth analysis of skills, aptitudes and problems for participants in the form of IPDs, placement or counselling, training, internships, work interin., one-off measures to take a op. cit., reimbursement of equipment costs or retro-fitting work stations. for persons aged 50 and over, at least 33 %, for women with disabilities 39 % or more, for long-term unemployed persons — at least 30 %, for the lower eligible population — 33 % or more. The employment performance indicator will be measured by three months after the participant completes his/her participation in the proj. The project will take account of EU rules (including the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including the principle of sustainable development and the principle of sustainable development), EU and national legislation.
