Projekt zakłada utworzenie dodatkowego oddz. wielogodzinnego dla 25 dzieci, w GP nr 2 w Sępólnie Kraj. Oddział będzie zlokalizowany w wolnych pomieszczeniach SP nr 3 prowadzonej przez gm. Sępólno Kr. Wartości docelowe wskaźników produktu (WLWK): - l. miejsc wych. przedszkolnego dofinansowanych w programie -25;- l. dzieci objętych w ramach progr. dodatkowymi zaj. zwiększ. ich szanse eduk. w eduk. przedszk. -16; - l. n-li objętych wsparciem w programie - 1;Wartości docelowe wskaźników rezultatu: - l. n-li, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu -1;Wartości docelowe wsk. produktu wnioskodawcy:- l. dz. korzyst. z nowo utworz. miejsc przedszk. -25;- l. dz. uczestnicz. w zaj. dodatkowych -16;- l. n-li uczest. w studiach podypl./kursach/szkol./warszt. -1.Gr. docelowa to n-le GP nr 2 oraz dz. 6 i 5 letnie, zamieszkałe na terenie Gm. Sępólno Kraj., wyłonione w rekrutacji dodatkowej (uzupełniającej) do GP nr 2. W razie rezygnacji rodziców dzieci z udziału w projekcie, utworzoną listę rezerwową.Podstawowe zadania projektowe to: - adaptacja obejmująca remont korytarzy i klatki schodowej OWP;- zakup pom. dydakt. do realizacji zajęć, sprzętu TIK;- zakup i montaż wyposażenia: mebli do oddziału, szatni, sprzętów, tablic;- doposaż. kuchni;- zakup elem. placu zabaw;- zapewnienie dz. bieżącej: wynagr. 2 n-li dla realizacji podst. progr. oraz realizacji zajęć podnoszących jakość ed. przedszk., n-li specjal. zw. szanse eduk. dz. (zaj. logoped. i wcz. wspom.), a także wynagr. woźnej i pomocy kuch.;- podn. kwalifikacji n-la;- zakup mat. szkol. dla potrzeb realizacji zajęć;- zakup mat. biur. dla zarządzania projektem, zakup śr. czystości;- zarządzanie projektem. Gmina Sępólno Kraj. zobowiązuje się do zachowania trwałości utworzonych w ramach projektu miejsc wych. przedszk., przez okres co najmniej 2 lat od daty zakończenia projektu okr. w umowie o dofinansowanie.
