Celem proj. jest aktyw społ. i zaw. mieszkańców Gminy Stolno (25K i13M) zagroż. ubóstwem lub wykl. społ.,zmniejszenie izolacji i marginalizacji tych grup poprzez integrację społ. oraz wyposażenie ich w umiejętności i kwalif. zaw. Oczekiwane rezultaty: podniesienie kompetencji społ-zaw; zwiększenie motywacji do działania; wzmocnienie wiary we własne możliwości; podniesienie samooceny, zwiększenie poczucia wpływu na własne życie, zmniejszenie marginalizacji i izolacji społ; nabycie umiejętności społ oraz umiejętności kreatywnego i zdrowego spędzania czasu wolnego. Działania w ramach proj. real. będą w oparciu o kontrakt socjalny i Program Aktywności Lokalnej (PAL) z wykorzystaniem instrumentów aktywnej integracji (aktywizacji społ, eduk., zaw.). Zaplanowane działania będą miały charakter wsparcia bezpośrednio skierowanego do os. (indywidualnego), jak i pośrednio wsparcia rodzinnego oraz środowiskowego. Usługami aktywnej integracji objętych zostanie 38mieszk gm Stolno (25K, 13M), z czego m.in. 9 os. w wyniku proj. podejmie zatrudnienie. Kontraktem socj. zostanie objętych 9K i 9M, natomiast działaniami w ramach PAL 20(16K i 4M). Proces wsparcia uczest projektu (UP) odbywać się będzie w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji stworzoną indyw. dla każdej os., z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problem., zasobów, potencjału, potrzeb. Zaplanowane w proj. zindywidualizowane i kompleksowe działania umożliwią aktywne włączenie społ., w tym także powrót na rynek pr os. zagroż ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ, które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społ., tj. os. zakwalifik. do III profilu pomocy zgodnie z ust. o prom. zatrudn. i inst. rynku pracy, w tym także korzyst. z PO Pomoc Żywnościowa 2014-2020. W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane następujące zadania: Aktywizacja społ, eduk., zaw., i działania o charakterze środow. Projekt realizow w partnerstwie z PUP i org pozarządową. The objective is to put poverty or poverty at risk of poverty or social exclusion by the people living in the town of stolno (25K and 13M), reducing the isolation and marginalisation of these groups through social inclusion and equipping them with skills and their qualification. Expected results: to increase the power of the spoils; increased motivation to act; strengthening the confidence in their own capacities; raising self-esteem, increasing self-esteem, reducing marginalisation and social isolation; the acquisition of social skills and creative and healthy leisure skills. Actions in the framework of action will be based on a social contract and a local activity programme (PAL) using active inclusion instruments (social inclusion, education and training). The planned activities will be of direct support to the osas. Family support and environmental support. Active inclusion services will be covered by 38K (25K, 13M), including among others 9. as a result, they will take up employment. A social contract will be awarded to 9K and 9M, and actions under PAL 20 (16K and 4M). The support process for project participation (UP) will be based on a reintegration path created for each project, taking into account the diagnosis of a problem, resource, potential, needs. The planned personalised and comprehensive measures will enable the active inclusion of social inclusion, including the return to the market of poverty or social exclusion, which require, as a matter of priority, social activation, i.e. the selection of the aid profile of the labour market under the provision of employment and labour, including the use of the OP Food Aid 2014-2020. The following tasks will be implemented as part of the project: Social activation, education and training, and measures of a central nature.
