Projekt polegać będzie na digitalizacji zabytków i obiektów historycznych subregionu tarnowskiego (ST) oraz dokumentów (ksiąg cmentarnych długich oraz kart zgonów) Miejskiego Zarządu Cmentarzy w Tarnowie (MZC) i udostępnieniu zdigitalizowanych zbiorów na stworzonej w ramach projektu platformie tarnowskiego dziedzictwa. Portal będzie skarbnicą cyfrowych zasobów kultury i dziedzictwa regionalnego oraz zasobów wspierających rozwój turystyki ST. Planuje się także stworzenie multimedialnej aplikacji na urządzenia mobilne – przewodnika po ST. Aplikacja będzie wspomagać zwiedzanie ST i poznawanie jego historii. Projekt będzie miał zasięg subregionalny, gdyż digitalizacja i udostępnienie na platformie internetowej będą miały zastosowanie do obiektów znajdujących się na terenie całego ST, tj. powiatu m. Tarnowa, pow. tarnowskiego, pow. brzeskiego i pow. dąbrowskiego. Projekt zakłada realizację 5 głównych zadań: budowa systemu udostępniania zasobów kultury i dziedzictwa regionalnego, wirtualne trasy turystyczne; budowa systemu zarządzania architekturą nekropolitalną i udostępniania informacji genealogicznej; zakup aplikacji wspierających rozwój turystyki i poznawanie dziedzictwa kultury; zakup sprzętu wspomagającego proces digitalizacji zasobów kultury i proces udostępniania informacji sektora publicznego; zarządzanie projektem. Digitalizacji poddanych zostanie 30000 dokumentów MZC (w tym 16 kompletnych ksiąg cmentarnych długich) oraz 100 obiektów trójwymiarowych, będących elementami dziedzictwa regionalnego ST, tj. 50 zabytków architektonicznych, .30 pomników przyrody, 20 atrakcji turystycznych. Obiekty dziedzictwa kultury poddane zostaną skanowaniu przestrzennemu przy użyciu mobilnej infrastruktury skanowania 3d. Wszystkie skanowane obiekty mają charakter unikalny i niepowtarzalny, ściśle i konkretnie łączą się z dziedzictwem obszaru ST. The project will consist of the digitisation of the historic monuments and sites of the historic subregion of Tarnowski (ST) and the documents (cemeteries and death cards) of the Municipal Executive Board in Tarnów (MZC) and make the digitised collections available on the design of the Tarnowski heritage platform. The portal will be a digital resource for digital cultural and heritage resources and resources supporting the development of ST. it is also planned to create a multimedia application for mobile devices — a guide to ST. the app will help to connect to ST and discover its history. The project will have a sub-regional coverage as digitisation and making available on the online platform will apply to sites located on the entire ST, i.e. the district of Tarnów, the city of Tarnów, the city of Tarnów and the city of Tarnów. The project assumes 5 main tasks: building a system for the provision of cultural and heritage resources, virtual tourist routes; construction of an electronic architecture architecture management system and provision of genealogical information; the purchase of applications supporting the development of tourism and the awareness of cultural heritage; the purchase of equipment supporting the digitisation of cultural resources and the process of sharing public sector information; project management. Digitisation will be subject to 30000 MPCs documents (including 16 complete long graveyards) and 100 3D objects, which are elements of the regional heritage of ST, i.e. 50 architectural monuments, 30 nature monuments, 20 tourist attractions. Cultural heritage sites will be subject to spatial scanning using mobile scanning infrastructure 3d. All of the sites that are being scanned are unique and unique, closely and specifically linked to the heritage of the ST area. (English)
