W ramach Projektu przewiduje się organizowanie w cyklu rocznym imprez kulturalnych, przygotowanych w oparciu o przeprowadzone w 2015 roku ankiety, w postaci warsztatów rzemiosł dawnych (wraz z wystawą powarsztatową) w dawnym klasztorze OO. Reformatów w Solcu nad Wisłą. Tematem warsztatów byłyby charakterystyczne dla terenów nadwiślańskich rzemiosła (wikliniarstwo, obróbka drewna, etc.) oraz sztuka kaligrafii wywodząca się tradycji klasztornych skryptoriów. Warsztaty byłyby prowadzone przez instytucję wpisaną na listę instytucji kultury: Gminną Bibliotekę Publiczną w Solcu nad Wisłą we współpracy ze Stowarzyszeniem Przyjaciół Solca nad Wisłą (organizatora Festiwalu Muzyki Klasycznej w Solcu nad Wisłą – obecnie XI edycja) oraz Parafią Rzymskokatolicką pw. Wniebowzięcia NMP w Solcu nad Wisłą (właściciela obiektów poklasztornych). Dla realizacji przedsięwzięcia zawarto porozumienie. W celu umożliwienia realizacji planowane jest przeprowadzenie stosownych prac konserwatorsko-budowlanych w zespole poklasztornym OO. Reformatów w Solcu nad Wisłą, położonego przy ul. Zygmunta Łoteckiego 22 w Solcu nad Wisłą, miejscu realizacji. Ponadto przewidziany jest zakup stojaków z planszami ekspozycyjnymi na wystawy, ustawienie tablic informacyjnych i pamiątkowych oraz utworzenie i uruchomienie strony internetowej dotyczącej Projektu. Planuje się również digitalizację, poprzez sfotografowanie i stosowny opis, wszystkich obiektów ruchomych wpisanych do rejestru zabytków znajdujących się na terenie Solca nad Wisłą. Niektóre z nich zostaną zaprezentowane na stronie www parafii. Wszelkie prace związane z przygotowaniem grafiki, tekstów, stron www oraz te, których skutkiem będzie przekazanie praw autorskich będą wykonywane przez wolontariuszy, i jako takie nie zostały ujęte w kosztach kwalifikowalnych i niekwalifikowalnych przedsięwzięcia. The project foresees the organisation of cultural events over a series of annual events, based on a survey conducted in 2015, in the form of workshops with old crafts (with an exhibition space) in the former RA. The Reformats in Solcu on the Vistula River. The topic of the workshop would be specific to the Vistula crafts area (wicker, wood processing, etc.), as well as the art of calipulation and the tradition of monasteries. The workshops would be held by an institution included in the list of cultural institutions: The City Library of the Public Library in Solcu, in cooperation with the Association of Friends of Solca nad Wisława (organiser of the classical Music Music Festival in Solcu, now XI) and the Roman Catholic Parade. The Assumption of the NMP in Solcu on the Vistula (owner of the monasteries). An agreement has been concluded for the implementation of the project. In order to allow for execution, it is intended that appropriate maintenance works should be carried out in a post-monastery assembly of the RA. The Reformats in Solcu on the Vistula river, located at ul. Zygmunt Łoteki 22 in Solcu on Vistula, the place of implementation. In addition, the purchase of stands with exposure plates for exhibitions, the setting up of information panels and souvenirs and the creation and running of an internet site for the project are foreseen. It is also planned to digitise, by taking a photograph and an appropriate description, all the movable objects listed in the Register of Historical Monuments on the site of Solca. Some of them will be presented on the website. All the work relating to the preparation of graphics, texts, website pages and those which will result in the transfer of copyright will be carried out by volunteers and, as such, not included in the eligible costs and the ineligible costs.
