Projekt polega na przeprowadzeniu eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych prowadzących do opracowania systemu realizującego różnicowe zabezpieczenie odcinkowe linii SN w oparciu o nowy algorytm zabezpieczeniowy oraz odpowiedni protokół wymiany danych pomiarowych między urządzeniami. Istotą projektu jest uzyskanie narzędzia uniwersalnego dla przekaźników elektroenergetycznych i cyfrowych zespołów zabezpieczeniowych, co da możliwość realizacji funkcji zabezpieczenia różnicowego w sposób elastyczny, tj. przez zestawianie różnych urządzeń jako półkompletów na wszystkich końcach linii. Projektowany system będzie odpowiadał na potrzeby zgłaszane przez rynek i w stosunku do obecnych rozwiązań zapewni lepsze możliwości dopasowania układu automatyki zabezpieczeniowej do wymagań obiektu oraz zmniejszenie kosztów inwestycyjnych po stronie klienta. Prace będą obejmowały zaprojektowanie i wykonanie prototypów, opracowanie i implementację algorytmu oraz modelu komunikacji pomiędzy urządzeniami. (Polish)

The project consists of experimental development leading to the development of a system for differential securing of the Supreme Court line based on a new security algorithm and an appropriate protocol for the exchange of measurement data between the devices. The essence of the project is the acquisition of a universal tool for energy relays and digital security teams, which will allow for the possibility to perform the differential security function in a flexible manner, i.e. by matching various equipment as semi-sets at all ends of the line. The proposed scheme will respond to the needs raised by the market and, in relation to the current arrangements, will make it possible to better match the protection of the facility to the requirements of the facility and to reduce the investment costs on the side of the customer. The works will include the design and implementation of prototypes, the development and implementation of the algorithm and the communication model between the devices. (English)
