Przedmiotowy projekt dotyczy głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej Urzędu Gminy Łysomice, na terenie gminy Łysomice. Zakres usprawnień w budynku obejmuje m.in. docieplenie podłogi w piwnicy, wymianę drzwi wejściowych zewnętrznych, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych nieocieplonych, wykonanie instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej, docieplenie ścian fundamentowych, wymianę okien zewnętrznych, docieplenie stropodachu niewentylowanego, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych ocieplonych (wraz z demontażem istniejącego docieplenia).Inwestycja wpisuje się w typ projektów przewidzianych do dofinansowania w ramach Działania 3.5 Efektywność energetyczna i gospodarka niskoemisyjna w ramach ZIT, Poddziałania 3.5.1 Efektywność energetyczna w sektorze publicznym i mieszkaniowym w ramach ZIT, Schemat: Termomodernizacja w obiektach należących do jednostek samorządu terytorialnego w ramach Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych (ZIT), czyli projekty dotyczące przedsięwzięć z zakresu głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynków publicznych. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane w nim problemy, w tym problem główny: niska efektywność energetyczna budynku użyteczności publicznej Urzędu Gminy w Łysomicach. Głównym celem realizacji przedsięwzięcia jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej Urzędu Gminy w Łysomicach. Działania podjęte przez Wnioskodawcę przyczynią się m.in. do ograniczenia strat ciepła w budynku, poprawy komfortu cieplnego w budynku, obniżenia wydatków na ogrzewanie budynku, a co za tym idzie podniesienia standardu oraz komfortu użytkowania budynku oraz zmniejszenia uciążliwości związanej z negatywnym oddziaływaniem na środowisko.Cele projektu są zgodne z celami Osi Priorytetowej 3 RPO WK-P na lata 2014-2020.Dzięki realizacji przedmiotowego projektu zmniejszone zostanie zapotrzebowanie na energię o 67,2%. The project responds to the problems identified there, including the main problem: the low energy efficiency of the public building office of the Municipality of Łysomiach. The main purpose of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the public building office of the Municipality of Łysomice. The actions taken by the Applicant will contribute, inter alia, to reducing heat losses in the building, improving the thermal comfort of the building, reducing the expenditure for heating the building and thereby improving the standard and comfort of the use of the building and reducing the nuisances associated with negative impacts on the environment. the project objectives are in line with the objectives of Priority Axis 3 of the 2014-2020PP ROP. the project will reduce energy demand by 67.2 %.
