Celem gł. projektu jest podniesienie konkurencyjności naszej firmy na rynku ogólnopolskim w zakresie produkcji i sprzedaży części gumowych. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez zakup nowoczesnej maszyny do produkcji "form do produkcji"- Centrum obróbkowe pionowe- na indywidualne zlecenie klienta(przedmiot projektu). Żaden z naszych konkurentów nie posiada maszyny z tak zaawansowaną technologią, która sprawia że maszyna nie tylko jest tania w eksploatacji, ale jednocześnie jest energooszczędna i ogranicza poziom hałasu do minimum (ekoinwestycje). Technologia zastosowana w maszynie jest na rynku polskim krócej niż 3 lata, co potwierdza opinia o innowacyjności, wystawiona dla jednego z producentów tego typu maszyn. Po raz pierwszy została zastosowana w 2015 r. Inwestycja ta, pozwoli na: uruchomienie w firmie nowej usługi, wprowadzenie do firmy innowacji procesowej, rozszerzenie oferty produktowej (nowy produkt) i rozszerzenie możliwości naszego przedsiębiorstwa na rynku polskim (nowe rynki zbytu). Cel ten, zostanie osiągnięty przez realizację celów szczegółowych projektu, tj.: 1.Wprowadzenie nowoczesnej technologii w naszej firmie przez zakup nowoczesnej maszyny do produkcji form -Centrum obróbkowe pionowe. 2.Zwiększenie w firmie technologii innowacyjnych i proekologicznych, poprzez min. zmniejszenie zużycia energii w procesie produkcji czy też obniżenie hałasu. 3.Minimalizacja kosztów procesu produkcji, dzięki rezygnacji z dalszego podzlecania wykonania takich form. 4.Wzrost przychodów ze sprzedaży o ok. 25 % już w pierwszym roku po zakończeniu realizacji projektu. 5.Pozytywny wpływ na lokalny rynek pracy poprzez zatrudnienie dodatkowego pracownika. Cel gł. i cele szczegółowe są zgodne z 1 Osią Priorytetową – Przedsiębiorstwa i Innowacje, Działaniem1.5 – Rozwój produktów i usług w MŚP oraz Poddziałaniem 1.5.1 RPO WD, a także Schematem 1.5 A Wsparcie innowacyjności produktowej i procesowej MŚP. The aim of the project is to improve the competitiveness of our company in the general market for the production and sale of parts of rubber. This will be achieved through the purchase of a modern machine for the production of “forms of production” — vertical treatment centre, at the individual request of the client (the subject of the project). None of our competitors has a machine with such advanced technology which makes the machine not only at low cost, but at the same time it is energy efficient and reduces noise to a minimum (eco-investments). The technology used in the machine is on the Polish market for less than 3 years, as confirmed by the opinion on innovation, issued to one of the manufacturers of this type of machinery. For the first time in 2015, this investment will allow: the launch of a new service in the company, the introduction of a procedural innovation in the company, the extension of the product offer (new product) and the extension of our company’s capacity on the Polish market (new markets). This will be achieved through the specific objectives of the project, i.e.: 1.Introduction of modern technology in our firm by purchasing a modern machine for the production of forms -centre machines vertical. 2.Increase in the enterprise of innovative and green technologies, through a reduction in the energy consumption of the production process or noise reduction. 3.Minimising costs of production processes, by not continuing to subcontract the execution of such forms. 4.Increase in revenue from sales by ca. 25 % already in the first year after completion of the project. 5.Positive impact on the local labour market through the recruitment of an additional employee. The objectives and the specific objectives are in line with Priority 1 — Enterprise and Innovation, Action 1.5 — Development of products and services in SMEs and the Impact of 1.5.1 ROP PP, as well as by Diagram 1.5 A Support for product innovation and process SMEs.
