Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja linii produkcyjnej laminowanych, głównie wysokopołyskowych mebli i komponentów meblowych z wykorzystaniem opatentowanego agregatu do wieloprofilowej obróbki obrzeża po oklejeniu oraz maszyny okleinującej z agregatem do kopiowania naroży KFA i zamkniętym systemem PUR - nakładania kleju poliuretanowego na krawędzie formatek. Dzięki tym rozwiązaniom procesowym dotychczasowa oferta produkcyjna zostanie rozszerzona o nowe produkty, jakość produkowanych elementów osiągnie nowy, konkurencyjny poziom, co umożliwi realizację nowej strategii marketingowej, opartej o kolekcję nowoczesnych wzorniczo mebli krzywoliniowych. The project is a modernisation of the laminated production line, mainly of high gloss furniture and furniture components using a patented aggregate for multi-profile coating and veneer sheets and an assembly of machinery with an aggregation to copy the NFA narrative and the PUP system, consisting of a polyurethane adhesive in the edges of the formations. As a result of this process, the current production offer will be extended to include new products, the quality of the components produced will reach a new, competitive level, which will enable a new marketing strategy to be carried out, based on the modern collection of traditional cross cutting furniture.
