Projekt řeší zajištění terénního zázemí prostřednictvím 2 automobilů a potřebného informačně komunikačního vybavení ke zvýšení místní i časové flexibility pracovníků sociálních služeb odborného sociálního poradenství a pečovatelské služby v Jirkově a okolních obcích. Cílovou skupinou jsou osoby se zdravotním postižením, osoby sociálně vyloučené a tímto ohrožené, pro které realizací projektu budou sociální služby dostupnější a to místně i časově. (Czech)

The project deals with the provision of field support through 2 cars and the required IT equipment to increase the local and temporal flexibility of social services and care services workers in Jirv and the surrounding municipalities. The target group is persons with disabilities, those socially excluded and those at risk for whom social services are made more accessible, both locally and in time, by the implementation of the project.
