Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie starachowickim.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez minimum 150 uczestników. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30roku życia, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu lub szkoleniu ( tzw. młodzież NEET). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika.Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Starachowicach realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Działania w projekcie obejmą pomoc w zdobyciu doświadczenia zawodowego, aktywnym poszukiwaniu pracy, podnoszeniu kwalifikacji zawodowych, a także zwiększeniu mobilności przestrzennej. Na koniec projektu przewidujemy osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na poziomie min. 44% a dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grupy -59,5%. The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Starachowicki.The main result of the project will be to take up employment by a minimum of 150 participants. The project will support people under 30 years of life who do not participate in education or training (NEETs). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant.On this basis, the District Labour Office in Starachowice will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. Activities in the project will include assistance in gaining professional experience, active job search, upgrading of professional qualifications, as well as increasing spatial mobility. At the end of the project, we expect to achieve the employment efficiency ratio for the most disadvantaged people at the level of at least 44 % and for the other people not belonging to the above-mentioned group -59.5 %.
