Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt obejmuje prace badawczo - rozwojowe polegające na zbudowaniu objętych zastrzeżeniem patentowym rozwiązań, które następnie przetestowane zostaną na stanowisku badawczym do kompensowania fluktuacji zapotrzebowania na gaz. Firma Jasta Sp. z o.o. SK wdraża obecnie gazyfikację swojej działalności zarówno w zakresie produkcyjno - przetwórczym, jak i transportowym (wymiana floty pojazdów na napędzane paliwem CNG). Ze względu na ograniczenia techniczne dostępnej sieci przesyłowej gazu, kluczowym problemem technicznym okazało się wyrównanie poboru gazu z sieci na możliwie stabilnym poziomie, bez okresowych wzrostów poboru, które mogłyby przekraczać możliwości sieci i skutkować nadmiernymi spadkami ciśnienia. W tej sytuacji zarząd firmy Jasta zdecydował o podjęciu ryzyka prac badawczo - rozwojowych w oparciu o wynalazek objęty patentem. Firma Jasta zaangażuje się w udoskonalenie objętego wnioskiem rozwiązania. Układ technologiczny w oparciu o zastosowane prototypy będzie wykorzystywał energię potencjalną rozprężanego gazu z sieci przesyłowej średniego ciśnienia, dokonując sprężenia i zmagazynowania w postaci CNG wydzielonego strumienia gazu, który będzie następnie pobierany w okresach szczytowego poboru zwłaszcza w przypadku chwilowego i okresowego poboru na potrzeby tankowania pojazdów. The project includes research and development work involving the construction of patent-subjected solutions, which will then be tested on the test bench to compensate for fluctuations in gas demand. Jasta Sp. z o.o. SK is currently implementing gasification of its activities both in terms of production and processing and transport (replacement of the vehicle fleet for CNG fuelled vehicles). Due to the technical constraints of the available gas transmission network, a key technical problem has been to align gas consumption from the grid as stable as possible, without periodic increases in consumption that could exceed the capacity of the network and result in excessive pressure drops. In this situation, Jasta’s management board decided to take the risk of research and development based on the invention covered by the patent. Jasta will engage in the improvement of the proposed solution. The technological system, based on the prototypes used, will use the potential energy of the expanded gas from the medium pressure transmission network, in the form of CNG compression and storage of the isolated gas stream, which will then be collected during peak consumption periods, especially in the case of temporary and periodic consumption for the purpose of refueling vehicles.
