Cílem projektu je rekonstrukce administrativní budovy, na adrese Kraslická č.p.250, 362 21 Nejdek, p.č. 376, k.ú. Nejdek (702625) a snížení její energetické náročnosti. Žadatel zakoupil nemovitost v dražbě od původních majitelů v zanedbaném stavu. Objekt je využíván pro administrativu se sociálním zázemím. Zlepšením tepelně technických vlastností obálky budovy, střechy a výplně otvorů; rekonstrukcí systému vytápění a osvětlení dojde ke zprovoznění budovy v požadovaném energetickém standardu. a. (Czech)

The project aims at the reconstruction of an administrative building at the address of Krahoická Č.p. 250, 362 21 Highest, p. 376, cadastral district. The biggest (702625) and the reduction of its energy intensity. The applicant purchased the property from the original owners in a deprived state. The object is used for administration with social background. By improving the thermal characteristics of the building envelope, the roof and the filling holes; the renovation of the heating and lighting system will make the building operational in the required energy standard. a.
