Identifikovaným problémom nášho pohraničia je predovšetkým neuspokojivý stav povrchov komunikácií vedúcich k nadradenej cestnej infraštruktúre a tým i k štátnej hranici (únosnosť, trhliny, vyjazdené koľaje, havarijný stav mostov, absencia prvkov bezpečnosti a dopravného značenia atď.), Tento stav ovplyvňuje výmenu tovaru, poskytovanie služieb a prác, a teda limituje ekonomický rozvoj týchto regiónov, ďalej bezpečnosť účastníkov premávky. Zlý stav je tiež ohľadom dostupnosti pre obyvateľstvo a nie je plne využívaný potenciál turizmu. Náš projekt chce uvedené riešiť nasledovne: zlepšením stavu dopravy v poľsko-slovenskom pohraničnom regióne, vrátane zlepšenia dostupnosti cezhraničného územia z kvalitatívneho (zlepšenie stavu cezhraničnej cestnej infraštruktúry) aj kvantitatívneho hľadiska (prepojenie slovenských ciest s poľskými cestami). Súčasne sa projektom uľahčí spojenie medzi regionálnymi dopravnými sieťami a národnými dopravnými ťahmi, ako aj s medzinárodnou sieťou TEN-T. Tento cieľ bude dosiahnutý zmodernizovaním už existujúcej dopravnej infraštruktúry v Meste Čadca a v Powiate Zywiec, ktoré umožnia skrátiť čas potrebný na prepravu medzi oblasťami na obidvoch stranách hranice. V Čadci budú investičné práce spočívať v rekonštrukcii a modernizácii cestných komunikácií napájajúcich sa v meste priamo na medzinárodný koridor TEN-T. V Powiate Zywiec budú stavebné práce spočívať v rekonštrukcii okresnej cesty a sanácii a výstavbe 2 mostov. Hlavný cieľ projektu: Skvalitnenie napojenia uzlov II. a III. kategórie do siete TEN-T za účelom zlepšenia dopravy v pohraničnom slovensko-poľskom regióne a prispenie k jeho integrácii. The identified problem of our border is mainly the unsatisfactory state of the road surfaces leading to the superior road infrastructure and thus to the national border (bearability, cracks, run tracks, bridge crashes, lack of safety and road signs, etc.), this condition affects the exchange of goods, the provision of services and works, and thus limits the economic development of these regions, and the safety of road users. The poor situation is also about accessibility for the population and the potential of tourism is not fully exploited. Our project aims to address this as follows: improving the state of transport in the Polish-Slovak border region, including improving the accessibility of the cross-border territory from both qualitative (improving the status of cross-border road infrastructure) and quantitative (connection of Slovak roads with Polish roads). At the same time, the project will facilitate the connection between regional transport networks and national transport routes as well as the international TEN-T network. This objective will be achieved by upgrading the already existing transport infrastructure in Čadca and Powiat Zywiec, which will make it possible to reduce the time needed for transport between areas on both sides of the border. In Čadca, the investment works will consist of the reconstruction and modernisation of the roads connected in the city directly to the TEN-T international corridor. In Powiate Zywiec the construction works will consist of the reconstruction of the district road and the renovation and construction of 2 bridges. Main objective of the project: Improving the connection of category II and III nodes to the TEN-T network in order to improve transport in the border Slovak-Polish region and contribute to its integration.
