Celem nadrzędnym inwestycji jest wzrost jakości i dostępności do świadczeń z zakresu rehabilitacji po przebytej chorobie COVID-19. Na cel nadrzędny składa się szereg celów szczegółowych, obrazujących spodziewane efekty planowanych działań, w tym m.in.:•poprawa jakości i uzupełnienie rzeczowe infrastruktury wykorzystywanej w procesie rehabilitacji pacjentów po przebytej chorobie COVID-19,•zwiększenie potencjału i możliwości udzielania świadczeń zdrowotnych z zakresu rehabilitacji po przebytej chorobie COVID-19,•podniesienie sprawności umożliwiające podjęcie aktywności (w tym aktywności zawodowej) u osób, które rozpoczęły rehabilitację w ramach projektu.Grupę docelową projektu stanowią bezpośrednio wszyscy mieszkańcy województwa podlaskiego, którzy będą wymagać usług rehabilitacji po przebytej chorobie COVID-19. Produkty projektu-8 wspartych podmiotów realizujących świadczenia z zakresu rehabilitacji po przebytej chorobie COVID-19. (Polish)

The overarching objective of the investment is to increase the quality and availability of rehabilitation services after the COVID-19 disease. The overarching objective consists of a number of specific objectives, illustrating the expected effects of the planned actions, including, inter alia, the improvement of quality and material complementation of the infrastructure used in the rehabilitation process of patients following the COVID-19 disease,•enhancing the potential and possibility of providing health services in the field of rehabilitation after the COVID-19 disease, • increasing the efficiency to take up activity (including professional activity) in people who have started rehabilitation under the project.The target group of the project consists directly of all residents of Podlaskie Voivodeship who will require rehabilitation services after the COVID-19 disease. The products of the project-8 supported entities providing services in the field of rehabilitation after the COVID-19 disease. (English)
