SA.60012(2020/X) Projekt przewiduje zakup oprogramowania gotowego, w formie licencji (z wyłączeniem standardowego oprogramowania biurowego czy księgowego) oraz niezbędnych środków trwałych (sprzętu komputerowego). Zakupione oprogramowanie i sprzęt umożliwią rejestrację online do rehabilitacyjnej poradni lekarskiej oraz do ambulatorium fizjoterapeutycznego Wnioskodawcy. Jednocześnie zapewnią, że wszelkie porady, prezentacja ćwiczeń, weryfikacja procesów usprawniania pacjenta oraz konsultacje poszpitalne (po odbytym pobycie w szpitalnym oddziale rehabilitacyjnym Wnioskodawcy) prowadzone będą w wersji wideo- i teleporad i pozwolą fizjoterapeutom i lekarzom zatrudnionym przez Wnioskodawcę na stały kontakt z odizolowanym pacjentem. Rodzina pacjentów objętych rehabilitacją domową będzie mogła, kierując się wskazówkami lekarskimi lub fizjoterapeutycznymi, częściowo samodzielnie kontynuować proces terapetyczny. Powyższe techniczne i funkcjonalne rezultaty cyfryzacji są działaniami innowacyjnymi dla Wnioskodawcy, dotychczas przez niego nie stosowanymi. (Polish)

SA.60012(2020/X) The project provides for the purchase of ready-made software, in the form of a licence (excluding standard office or accounting software) and the necessary fixed assets (computer equipment). Purchased software and equipment will enable online registration to the rehabilitation clinic and to the Applicant’s physiotherapeutic outpatient. At the same time, they will ensure that any advice, presentation of exercises, verification of patient improvement processes and post-hospital consultations (after a stay in the Applicant’s hospital rehabilitation department) will be conducted in video- and teleconrades and will allow physiotherapists and doctors employed by the Applicant to have permanent contact with an isolated patient. The family of patients undergoing home rehabilitation will be able, guided by medical or physiotherapeutic guidelines, to partially continue the therapeutic process on their own. The above technical and functional results of digitalisation are innovative activities for the Applicant, not yet used by the Applicant. (English)
