POWIAT RYPIŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W RYPINIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 r. ż. znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Rypinie jako osoby bezrobotne, w szczególności: osób powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez jego uczestników, zgodnie z metodologią mierzenia kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej w projekcie, na minimalnym poziomie: 44,3% dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED3, imigranci, reemigranci). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Rypinie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, tj. zgodnie z IPD uczestnikom projektu zaproponowane zostanie wsparcie w postaci: staży, jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, refundacji kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla skierowanego bezrobotnego, prac interwencyjnych, pośrednictwa pracy, poradnictwa zawodowego. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are in a difficult situation on the labour market registered in the District Labour Office in Rypin as unemployed, in particular: people over 50 years old, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by its participants, in accordance with the methodology of measuring the criterion of employment efficiency in the project, at a minimum level: 44.3 % for the most vulnerable (including: people aged 50 years and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications up to ISCED3, immigrants, remigrants). As part of the project, for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the PLO in Rypin will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, i.e. in accordance with the IPD, project participants will be offered support in the form of: traineeships, one-off measures for setting up a business, reimbursing the cost of equipment or retrofitting a job for the targeted unemployed, intervention work, placement, career guidance.
