Celem projektu jest zapewnienie środków finansowych dla Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości niezbędnych do prawidłowej realizacji zadań związanych z wdrażaniem Działań/Poddziałań w ramach 2. i 3. Osi Priorytetowej Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój. Projekt obejmuje: finansowanie specjalistycznych szkoleń, studiów podyplomowych, warsztatów dla pracowników PARP zaangażowanych w realizację PO IR w celu zapewnienia odpowiednio wykwalifikowanej kadry; zapewnienie warunków techniczno-organizacyjnych (w tym. m.in. zakup sprzętu komputerowego, oprogramowania, wyposażenie stanowisk pracy, zapewnienie powierzchni biurowej, odpowiedniej obsługi organizacyjnej); wsparcie działań informacyjno-promocyjnych; finansowanie procesu wyboru i oceny projektów, kontroli, ewaluacji PO IR oraz zapewnienie wsparcia eksperckiego. Projekt obejmuje także finansowanie działań związanych z zamykaniem perspektywy finansowej 2007–2013, w tym, m. in. finansowanie Regionalnych Instytucji Finansujących zaangażowanych w zamykanie PO IG (w szczególności w zakresie przeprowadzania kontroli trwałości projektów), finansowanie kontroli oraz usług eksperckich w PARP związanych z zamykaniem PO IG. Ponadto planuje się finansowanie działań na rzecz klastrów, w tym realizację badania Benchmarking klastrów w Polsce. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to provide financial resources for the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development necessary for the proper execution of tasks related to the implementation of actions/sub-measures under the 2nd and 3rd. Priority axis of the Operational Programme Intelligent Development. The project shall include: financing of specialised trainings, post-graduate studies, workshops for PARP employees involved in the implementation of OP IR in order to ensure appropriately qualified staff; provision of technical and organisational conditions (including, among others, purchase of computer hardware, software, equipment of workstations, provision of office space, adequate organizational support); support for information and promotion activities; financing the process of selecting and evaluating projects, auditing, evaluation of OP IR and providing expert support. The project also covers the financing of activities related to the closure of the Financial Perspectives 2007-2013, including, among others, the financing of Regional Financing Institutions involved in the closure of OP IG (in particular in the field of carrying out sustainability checks of projects), financing of audits and expert services at PARP related to the closure of OP IG. In addition, funding for clusters is planned, including the implementation of the Benchmarking survey in Poland. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’assurer le financement de l’Agence polonaise pour le développement de l’entreprise nécessaire à la bonne exécution des tâches liées à la mise en œuvre des actions/sous-actions relevant des points 2 et 3. Axe prioritaire du programme opérationnel «Croissance intelligente». Le projet comprend: financement de cours de formation spécialisés, d’études postuniversitaires, d’ateliers à l’intention du personnel du PARP participant à la mise en œuvre de l’OP IR afin de fournir un personnel dûment qualifié; fournir des conditions techniques et organisationnelles (y compris, entre autres, l’achat d’équipements informatiques, de logiciels, d’équipements de postes de travail, la mise à disposition d’espaces de bureaux, un service organisationnel approprié); soutien aux activités d’information et de promotion; financement de la sélection et de l’évaluation des projets, des audits, des évaluations du PO IR et de la fourniture d’un soutien d’experts. Le projet couvre également le financement d’activités liées à la clôture des perspectives financières 2007-2013, y compris, entre autres, le financement des institutions financières régionales participant à la clôture du PO IG (en particulier dans le domaine des contrôles de la viabilité des projets), le financement d’audits et de services d’experts dans le PARP liés à la clôture du PO IG. En outre, il est prévu de financer des activités en grappes, y compris la mise en œuvre d’une enquête sur l’évaluation comparative des grappes en Pologne. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist die Bereitstellung von Finanzmitteln für die polnische Agentur für Unternehmensentwicklung, die für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung der Maßnahmen/Teilmaßnahmen unter 2 und 3 erforderlich ist. Prioritätsachse des operationellen Programms „Intelligentes Wachstum“. Das Projekt umfasst: Finanzierung von spezialisierten Fortbildungskursen, Postgraduiertenstudien, Workshops für PARP-Mitarbeiter, die an der Umsetzung des OP IR beteiligt sind, um entsprechend qualifiziertes Personal bereitzustellen; Bereitstellung technischer und organisatorischer Bedingungen (u. a. Erwerb von Computerausrüstung, Software, Ausstattung der Arbeitsplätze, Bereitstellung von Büroräumen, angemessener organisatorischer Dienst); Unterstützung von Informations- und Absatzförderungsmaßnahmen; Finanzierung der Auswahl und Bewertung von Projekten, Audits, Evaluierungen der OP IR und Bereitstellung von Expertenunterstützung. Das Projekt umfasst auch die Finanzierung von Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Abschluss der Finanziellen Vorausschau 2007-2013, einschließlich der Finanzierung von regionalen Finanzierungsinstitutionen, die am Abschluss der OP IG beteiligt sind (insbesondere im Bereich der Überprüfung der Nachhaltigkeit von Projekten), der Finanzierung von Audits und Sachverständigendiensten im Rahmen von PARP im Zusammenhang mit dem Abschluss der OP IG. Doel van het project is financiering te verstrekken aan het Poolse Agentschap voor bedrijfsontwikkeling die nodig is voor de correcte uitvoering van de taken in verband met de uitvoering van de acties/subacties onder 2 en 3. Prioritaire as van het operationele programma voor slimme groei. Het project omvat: financiering van gespecialiseerde opleidingen, postdoctorale studies, workshops voor PARP-personeel dat betrokken is bij de uitvoering van de OP IR, teneinde voldoende gekwalificeerd personeel ter beschikking te stellen; het verschaffen van technische en organisatorische voorwaarden (met inbegrip van, onder meer, de aankoop van computerapparatuur, software, uitrusting van werkplekken, beschikbaarstelling van kantoorruimte, passende organisatorische dienstverlening); ondersteuning van voorlichtings- en afzetbevorderingsactiviteiten; financiering van de selectie en evaluatie van projecten, audits, evaluaties van OP IR en het verlenen van deskundige ondersteuning. Het project heeft ook betrekking op de financiering van activiteiten in verband met de afsluiting van de financiële vooruitzichten 2007-2013, waaronder onder meer de financiering van regionale financieringsinstellingen die betrokken zijn bij de afsluiting van OP IG (met name op het gebied van het uitvoeren van controles op de duurzaamheid van projecten), de financiering van audits en de diensten van deskundigen in het PARP in verband met de afsluiting van OP IG. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di fornire finanziamenti all'Agenzia polacca per lo sviluppo delle imprese, necessari per la corretta esecuzione dei compiti relativi all'attuazione delle azioni/sottoazioni di cui ai punti 2 e 3. Asse prioritario del programma operativo per la crescita intelligente. Il progetto comprende: finanziamento di corsi di formazione specialistica, studi postuniversitari, seminari per il personale PARP coinvolto nell'attuazione del PO IR al fine di fornire personale adeguatamente qualificato; fornire condizioni tecniche e organizzative (tra cui, tra l'altro, l'acquisto di attrezzature informatiche, software, attrezzature di postazioni di lavoro, fornitura di spazi per uffici, servizi organizzativi adeguati); sostegno alle attività di informazione e promozione; finanziamento della selezione e della valutazione di progetti, audit, valutazioni del PO IR e sostegno di esperti. Il progetto riguarda anche il finanziamento di attività connesse alla chiusura delle prospettive finanziarie 2007-2013, tra cui, tra l'altro, il finanziamento delle istituzioni finanziarie regionali coinvolte nella chiusura del PO IG (in particolare nel campo dell'effettuazione di controlli sulla sostenibilità dei progetti), il finanziamento di audit e servizi di esperti in PARP relativi alla chiusura del PO IG. El objetivo del proyecto es proporcionar financiación a la Agencia Polaca para el Desarrollo Empresarial necesaria para la correcta ejecución de las tareas relacionadas con la ejecución de las acciones/subacciones contempladas en los puntos 2 y 3. Eje prioritario del Programa Operativo de Crecimiento Inteligente. El proyecto incluye: financiación de cursos de formación especializada, estudios de posgrado y talleres para el personal de PARP que participa en la aplicación del PO IR con el fin de proporcionar personal debidamente cualificado; proporcionar condiciones técnicas y organizativas (incluidas, entre otras cosas, la compra de equipo informático, programas informáticos, equipo de estaciones de trabajo, suministro de espacio de oficinas y servicios organizativos apropiados); apoyo a las actividades de información y promoción; financiación de la selección y evaluación de proyectos, auditorías, evaluaciones del PO IR y la prestación de apoyo de expertos. El proyecto también cubre la financiación de actividades relacionadas con el cierre de las perspectivas financieras 2007-2013, incluida, entre otras cosas, la financiación de las instituciones financieras regionales que participan en el cierre del PO IG (en particular en el ámbito de la realización de controles de la sostenibilidad de los proyectos), la financiación de auditorías y servicios de expertos en PARP relacionados con el cierre del PO IG.
