Projekt polega na wymianie ciepłociągów oraz stolarki okiennej w budynkach D, M, O na terenie Szpitala Psychiatrycznego w Toszku. Realizacja niniejszego projektu wpłynie na ograniczenie Zanieczyszczeń powietrza związanych z emisją ze źródeł punktowych oraz na wzrost świadomości mieszkańców w zakresie ochrony środowiska. Celem głównym projektu jest: ograniczenie zużycia energii cieplnej oraz emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery emitowanych przez budynki użyteczności publicznej na terenie Gminy Toszek Zidentyfikowane efekty dodane projektu to: - zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną w budynkach pełniących funkcje publiczne na terenie gminy, - obniżenie kosztów utrzymania budynków publicznych z jednoczesnym efektem ekologicznym i edukacyjnym, - zmniejszenie niskiej emisji na terenie Gminy Toszek. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na osiągnięcie założonych w niniejszym wniosku wskaźników produktu i rezultatu. (Polish)

The project involves the replacement of heat pipelines and window joinery in buildings D, M, O at the Psychiatric Hospital in Toszk. The implementation of this project will affect the reduction of air pollution related to emissions from point sources and increase the awareness of residents regarding environmental protection. The main objective of the project is to: reduction of the consumption of heat energy and emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere emitted by public buildings in the Toszek Commune The identified effects added by the project are: — reducing the demand for thermal energy in buildings performing public functions in the commune, — reducing the cost of maintaining public buildings with simultaneous ecological and educational effects, — reducing low emissions in the Toszek Commune. The implementation of the project will make it possible to achieve the output and result indicators set out in this proposal. (English)
