Celem głównym projektu jest wejście i powrót na rynek pracy 25 osób (23K) sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 w powiecie olsztyńskim i M. Olsztyn (województwo Warmińsko-Mazurskie) w okresie trwania projektu. Rezultatem projektu będzie powrót lub wejście na rynek pracy osób, które z powodu braku możliwości zapewnienia opieki osobom zależnym - dzieciom do lat 3, nie mogły w nim uczestniczyć. Zakładanym efektem realizacji projektu będzie poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy, zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej oraz umożliwienie podjęcia zatrudnienia wśród uczestników projektu. Projekt przewiduje sfinansowanie kosztów usług bieżącej opieki nad dziećmi poprzez pokrycie kosztów opłat za pobyt dziecka w żłobku Delfinek w Olsztynie i pokrycie kosztów wynagrodzenia niani ponoszonych przez opiekunów dzieci do lat 3. The main objective of the project is to enter and return to the labour market 25 people (23K) who care for children up to 3 years in the district of Olsztyn and M. Olsztyn (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship) during the duration of the project. The result of the project will be the return or entry into the labour market of people who, due to the inability to provide care to dependents — children up to 3 years old, could not participate in it. The project’s expected effect will be to improve the situation on the labour market, increase professional activity and enable them to take up employment among project participants. The project provides for the financing of the costs of day-to-day childcare services by covering the costs of the child’s stay in the Dolfinek crèche in Olsztyn and covering the costs of the nanny’s remuneration incurred by carers of children up to the age of 3.
