This project has been based on a mutual need - strengthening the cooperation between local municipalities and all other stakeholders with the similar characteristics. The overall objective of the project has been providing an opportunity for joint participation in the strategic development for three municipality partners from two countries; to improve the co-operation actions between them, as well as the other institutions and citizens. As a component specific output of the project six new methods and forums for knowledge transfer were established by the project. (English)
