A projekt a helyi identitást erősítő közösségfejlesztési folyamatok erősítésére irányul. Cél, hogy a Kunszentmártoni járási közösség tagjainak egymás iránti felelősségtudata erősödjön, a helyi civil társadalom megerősödjön a helyi közösségi konfliktusok megoldása révén, valamint az önálló cselekvési képességek erősödjenek, nőjön a civil aktivitás, kialakuljanak, megerősödjenek a szükséges kompetenciák, az önkéntesség, a helyi identitás, valamint a településhez, a térséghez való kötődés, a helyi identitástudat erősödjön. Cél, hogy a meglévő humán erőforrások felszínre kerüljenek. A projekt az alábbi települések összefogásával kerülőmegvalósításra: Kunszentmárton Város Önkormányzata Cibakháza Nagyközség Önkormányzata Cserkeszőlő Községi Önkormányzat Csépa Község Önkormányzata Nagyrév Község Önkormányzata Szelevény Község Önkormányzata Tiszakürt Község Önkormányzata Tiszainoka Község Önkormányzata Tiszasas Község Önkormányzata A projektben két célterület került meghatározásra (1 célterület: Kunszentmárton, 2 célterület: Cibakháza, Cserkeszőlő, Csépa, Szelevény, Tiszakürt, Nagyrév, Tiszainoka, Tiszasas). A projekt keretében az alábbi tevékenységek kerülnek megvalósításra: Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: A. Közösségfejlesztési folyamatok kezdeményezése és megvalósítása 1. Közösségek részvételével megvalósuló felmérés és tervezés - főbb társadalmi-gazdasági problémák feltárása - a projekt célcsoportjainak bemutatása - a célcsoport igényeinek bemutatása - rövid előzetes célcsoport elemzés elkészítése - igényfelérés készítése (interjúk, felmérés, beszélgetések, közösségi tervező műhelyek havonta egy alkalommal) - rendezvénynaptár készítése - cselekvési terv készítése 2. Közösségi tevékenységek történeti feltárása és a lakosság számára elérhetővé téttele A közművelődési, muzeális és könyvtári intézmények működési tapasztalatainak, közösségi feladatainak, értékeinek, jó gyakorlatainak feltárása, bemutatása és megőrzése, valamint fenntartása és új értékek létrehozásának elősegítése. 3. Közösségi akciók, tevékenységek, események, programok, folyamatok megvalósítása - Közösségi akciók, tevékenységek, események megvalósítása: Gyakorisága: negyedévente egy alkalommal, a projekt 36 hónapja alatt összesen 9 alkalommal • Zene és költészet apáról fiúra • Márton napi sokadalom • Generációk találkozása a könyvtárban • Hozd magaddal a szüleidet, nagyszüleidet is! • Körös-körül a Körös körül Könyvbarát Tábor • 300 év öröksége – kiállítás • Barátom a múzeum – múzeumbaráti kör • Kunszentmárton város civil közösségei egykor és ma kiállítás • Tiszazugi napok • Előadássorozat a Kunszentmártoni Helytörténeti Múzeumban - Programok, folyamtok megvalósítása: • Helyi erőforrások feltárása – tanítana-tanulna katalógus készítése • Helyi, megyei értékek feltárása, értékőrzés • Múzeumbarát tábor: a változatos tevékenységekkel, programokkal, rendezvényekkel a tárasakhoz, felnőttekhez, az ismert tájhoz, szülőföldhöz való kötődés megalapozása, a népi hagyományokra épülő szokások megismerésével hazaszeretetre nevelés, a nyári szabadidős tevékenységek színesítése. • Népművészeti napok: kézműves foglalkozások, táncház és kerámia foglalkozás a fiataloknak, iskolásoknak. Fontos, hogy megismerjék a népi hagyományokat, a népművészeteket, ezzel is csökkentve a generációs különbségeket. Célcsoport: gyermekek, ifjúság, 100 fő. • Helyi nyilvánosság fórumainak megteremtése: honlap, közösségi oldal létrehozása, hírlevél létrehozása, hirdetőtáblák elhelyezése, információs felületek kialakítása, fejlesztése • Részvételi fórumok szervezése: kerekasztalok szervezése 4. Települési dokumentumok áttekintése és megújítása - helyi esélyegyenlőségi programok felülvizsgálata - a muzeális intézményekről, a nyilvános könyvtári ellátásról és a közművelődés szóló 1997. évi CXL. törvény 77. § -a szerinti közművelődési rendeletnek való megfelelés vizsgálata - egyéb stratégiai dokumentumok felülvizsgálata 5. Közösségfejlesztési folyamatról tájékoztató közösségi információs pont kialakítása 6. A közösségfejlesztési folyamat szakmai minőségének biztosítása - Képzések szervezése - Nemzetközi tanulmányutak - Testvérvárosi találkozó - Csíkszentmárton Kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek 1. Infokommunikációs akadálymentesítés – nem releváns. 2. Nyilvánosság biztosítása: aloldal, térképtér, C tábla, sajtóközlemény kiküldése és összegyűjtése. Exploring, presenting and preserving the operational experience, community tasks, values and good practices of public education, museum and library institutions, and promoting the creation of new values. 3. Establishment of a Community Information Point for information on the community development process 6. Le projet vise à renforcer les processus de développement communautaire qui renforcent l’identité locale. L’objectif est de renforcer le sens des responsabilités des membres de la communauté du district de Kunszentmárton les uns envers les autres, de renforcer la société civile locale par le règlement des conflits communautaires locaux et de renforcer la capacité indépendante d’agir, d’accroître l’activité civique, de développer et de renforcer les compétences nécessaires, le volontariat, l’identité locale, ainsi que de renforcer les liens avec le peuplement et la région, et de renforcer le sens de l’identité locale. Il est important d’en apprendre davantage sur les traditions folkloriques et les arts populaires, réduisant ainsi les différences générationnelles. Groupe cible: enfants, jeunes, 100 personnes. • Création de forums pour le public local: créer un site web, un site de médias sociaux, créer des bulletins d’information, placer des panneaux d’affichage, créer et développer des plateformes d’information • Organisation de forums de participation: organisation de tables rondes 4.
