Constructiebedrijf Van Lierop is een familiebedrijf dat inmiddels al meer dan 50 jaar actief is als toeleverancier. Van Lierop is gespecialiseerd in het toeleveren van samenstellingen, die worden geproduceerd uit diverse staalkwaliteiten of RVS. Met 30 medewerkers wordt de klant zoveel mogelijk geholpen. Na de crisis merkte de directeur dat er binnen de organisatie nog verbeteringen mogelijk waren. Om deze reden is de afgelopen periode een scan uitgevoerd. De scan toonde aan dat de huidige cultuur erg competitief is (ook wel marktcultuur genoemd). Dit is niet de gewenste cultuur die ook naar de toekomst toe gehandhaafd moet worden. De gewenste cultuur is een combinatie van de familiecultuur (clan) en adhocratiecultuur, waarbij de nadruk ligt op een loyale vriendelijke, dynamische, ondernemende en creatieve werkomgeving. Binnen dit traject wordt deze cultuur binnen de organisatie geïmplementeerd en geborgd. Dit zal leiden tot een verbetering van de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers. (Dutch)

L’entreprise de construction Van Lierop est une entreprise familiale active comme fournisseur depuis plus de 50 ans. Van Lierop se spécialise dans la fourniture de compositions, qui sont produites à partir de différentes nuances d’acier ou d’acier inoxydable. Das Bauunternehmen Van Lierop ist ein Familienunternehmen, das seit mehr als 50 Jahren als Lieferant tätig ist. Van Lierop ist spezialisiert auf die Lieferung von Zusammensetzungen, die aus verschiedenen Stahlsorten oder Edelstahl hergestellt werden. Mit 30 Mitarbeitern wird dem Kunden so viel wie möglich geholfen. Nach der Krise stellte der Direktor fest, dass Verbesserungen innerhalb der Organisation noch möglich seien. Aus diesem Grund wurde für die vergangene Zeit ein Scan durchgeführt. Der Scan zeigte, dass die aktuelle Kultur sehr wettbewerbsfähig ist (auch als Marktkultur bezeichnet). Dies ist nicht die gewünschte Kultur, die auch in Richtung der Zukunft beibehalten werden muss. Die gewünschte Kultur ist eine Kombination aus Familienkultur (clan) und Adhocrationskultur mit dem Schwerpunkt auf einem loyalen, dynamischen, unternehmerischen und kreativen Arbeitsumfeld. La società di costruzioni Van Lierop è un'impresa familiare che opera come fornitore da oltre 50 anni. Van Lierop è specializzata nella fornitura di composizioni, che sono prodotte da vari gradi di acciaio o acciaio inossidabile. Con 30 dipendenti, il cliente viene aiutato il più possibile.
