Vconsyst, die in de jaren tachtig begon met enkele containerconcepten, is als organisatie uitgegroeid tot een nationale en internationale speler die totaaloplossingen levert voor de afvalinzameling, sport en recreatie, fietsenstallingen en straatmeubilair. Gedreven door de overtuiging van eenvoud, werken zij aan de versimpeling van complexe processen. Door fusies in 2018 is de omvang van het bedrijf meer dan verdrievoudigd. Dit geeft uitdagingen op het gebied van identiteit, interne mobiliteit, gezamenlijkheid en nieuwe manieren van (samen)werken. Daarom heeft Vconsyst een adviseur gevraagd om een traject, ondersteund door het Europees Sociaal Fonds, te begeleiden gericht op de medewerkers en hun nieuwe plek en rol binnen de nieuwe organisatie. VConsyst wil met dit project de werkgever zijn waarbij voor iedere medewerker helder is waar hij/zij staat binnen de organisatie en daarin eigen initiatief laat zien, van elkaar leert, samenwerkt en zich verantwoordelijk voelt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt in zijn of haar taken en handelen en daardoor duurzaam inzetbaar is. VConsyst, which began in the 1980s with a number of container concepts, has grown into a national and international player providing total solutions for waste collection, sports and recreation, bicycle sheds and street furniture. Driven by the conviction of simplicity, they work on the simplification of complex processes. Mergers in 2018 have more than tripled the size of the company. This presents challenges in terms of identity, internal mobility, unity and new ways of working or working together. That is why VConsyst has asked an advisor to guide a process, supported by the European Social Fund, aimed at the employees and their new place and role within the new organisation. VConsyst wants to be the employer with this project where every employee is clear where he/she stands within the organisation and shows his/her own initiative, learns from each other, cooperates and feels responsible and takes responsibility in his or her tasks and actions and is therefore sustainable. VConsyst, qui a commencé dans les années 1980 avec un certain nombre de concepts de conteneurs, est devenu un acteur national et international fournissant des solutions globales pour la collecte des déchets, les sports et les loisirs, les hangars de vélos et le mobilier urbain. Animés par la conviction de la simplicité, ils travaillent sur la simplification des processus complexes. Les fusions en 2018 ont plus que triplé la taille de l’entreprise. Cela pose des défis en termes d’identité, de mobilité interne, d’unité et de nouvelles façons de travailler ou de travailler ensemble. C’est pourquoi VConsyst a demandé à un conseiller de guider un processus, soutenu par le Fonds social européen, destiné aux salariés, à leur nouvelle place et à leur nouveau rôle au sein de la nouvelle organisation. VConsyst, das in den 1980er Jahren mit einer Reihe von Containerkonzepten begann, hat sich zu einem nationalen und internationalen Player entwickelt, der Gesamtlösungen für Abfallsammlung, Sport und Erholung, Fahrradschuppen und Straßenmöbel anbietet. Angetrieben von der Überzeugung der Einfachheit, arbeiten sie an der Vereinfachung komplexer Prozesse. Fusionen im Jahr 2018 haben die Größe des Unternehmens mehr als verdreifacht. Dies stellt Herausforderungen in Bezug auf Identität, innere Mobilität, Einheit und neue Wege der Zusammenarbeit oder Zusammenarbeit dar. Aus diesem Grund hat VConsyst einen Berater gebeten, einen vom Europäischen Sozialfonds unterstützten Prozess zu leiten, der sich an die Arbeitnehmer und ihren neuen Platz und ihre Rolle innerhalb der neuen Organisation richtet. VConsyst, iniziato negli anni'80 con una serie di concetti di container, è diventato un player nazionale e internazionale fornendo soluzioni totali per la raccolta dei rifiuti, lo sport e la ricreazione, capannoni per biciclette e mobili da strada. Spinti dalla convinzione della semplicità, lavorano alla semplificazione di processi complessi. Le fusioni nel 2018 hanno più che triplicato le dimensioni della società. Ciò presenta sfide in termini di identità, mobilità interna, unità e nuovi modi di lavorare o di lavorare insieme. Per questo VConsyst ha chiesto a un consulente di guidare un processo, sostenuto dal Fondo sociale europeo, rivolto ai dipendenti e al loro nuovo posto e ruolo all'interno della nuova organizzazione. VConsyst vuole essere il datore di lavoro con questo progetto in cui ogni dipendente è chiaro dove si trova all'interno dell'organizzazione e mostra la propria iniziativa, impara gli uni dagli altri, collabora e si sente responsabile e si assume la responsabilità nei suoi compiti e azioni ed è quindi sostenibile. Impulsados por la convicción de la simplicidad, trabajan en la simplificación de procesos complejos. Las fusiones en 2018 han triplicado con creces el tamaño de la empresa. Esto plantea desafíos en términos de identidad, movilidad interna, unidad y nuevas formas de trabajar o trabajar juntos. Es por ello que VConsyst ha pedido a un asesor que guíe un proceso, apoyado por el Fondo Social Europeo, dirigido a los trabajadores y a su nuevo lugar y papel dentro de la nueva organización.
