Wits heeft landelijk reeds diverse initiatieven uitgevoerd om aandacht besteed aan Duurzame Inzetbaarheid en hoe medewerkers juist in deze branche bewust te maken van het persoonlijke belang hiervan. De organisatie heeft in 2015/2016 een succesvol traject uitgevoerd. Inmiddels zijn we 3 jaar verder en is de organisatie veel veranderd. Er zijn nieuwe mensen bij gekomen. Wits Diensten wil de ontwikkeling van de huidige medewerkers en daarmee de organisatie als totaal aanpakken en daarbij inzetten op meer ondernemerschap, mogelijkheden tot zelfsturing en ontplooiing. Wittes has already carried out various initiatives at national level to pay attention to Sustainable Employability and how employees in this sector are particularly aware of their personal importance. The organisation carried out a successful process in 2015/2016. By now we have been 3 years on and the organisation has changed a lot. New people have joined. Wits Services aims to tackle the development of current employees and thus the organisation as a whole, focusing on more entrepreneurship, opportunities for self-management and development. (English)

Wittes a déjà mené diverses initiatives au niveau national pour accorder une attention particulière à l’employabilité durable et à la manière dont les salariés de ce secteur sont particulièrement conscients de leur importance personnelle. L’organisation a mené un processus réussi en 2015/2016. À l’heure actuelle, nous avons eu 3 ans et l’organisation a beaucoup changé. De nouvelles personnes se sont jointes. Wits Services vise à s’attaquer au développement des employés actuels et donc de l’organisation dans son ensemble, en mettant l’accent sur davantage d’entrepreneuriat, d’opportunités d’autogestion et de développement. Wittes hat bereits auf nationaler Ebene verschiedene Initiativen durchgeführt, um der nachhaltigen Beschäftigungsfähigkeit und der besonderen persönlichen Bedeutung der Arbeitnehmer in diesem Bereich besondere Aufmerksamkeit zu widmen. Die Organisation hat 2015/2016 einen erfolgreichen Prozess durchgeführt. Inzwischen sind wir schon seit 3 Jahren und die Organisation hat sich sehr verändert. Neue Leute sind dabei. Wits Services zielt darauf ab, die Entwicklung aktueller Mitarbeiter und damit der gesamten Organisation zu bewältigen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf mehr Unternehmertum, Möglichkeiten für Selbstmanagement und Entwicklung gelegt wird. L'organizzazione ha svolto un processo di successo nel 2015/2016. Ormai siamo stati 3 anni e l'organizzazione è cambiata molto. Nuove persone si sono unite. Wits Services mira ad affrontare lo sviluppo degli attuali dipendenti e quindi dell'organizzazione nel suo complesso, concentrandosi su una maggiore imprenditorialità, opportunità di autogestione e sviluppo.
