Como premisa básica a la hora de pensar la intervención y de definir el proyecto se ha pretendido mantener la geometría y la funcionalidad que tuvo originalmente el edificio, en el momento de su construcción, pero adaptándolo a los sistemas constructivos, instalaciones y acabados más actuales e innovadores._x000D_ Se ha querido dar máxima importancia a la eficiencia energética del edificio, mediante un sistema que permite aislar térmicamente la fachada a la vez que da una función impermeabilizante, esta aplicación se realizará desde el exterior. Se ha proyectado dotar al edificio de una carpintería con rotura de puente térmico y acristalamiento con vidrio cámara con luna exterior de Control Solar y Baja Emisión, se eliminarán la totalidad de puentes térmicos._x000D_ Todas estas intervenciones tienen como objetivo conseguir que el edificio tenga grandes prestaciones energéticas de forma pasiva, con el soporte de las instalaciones para conseguir las condiciones óptimas para el desarrollo de la actividad prevista en el interior del edificio._x000D_ El proyecto incorpora los criterios de ecoeficiencia obligatorios por el Decreto 21/2006 de la Generalitat de Catalunya relativos al agua, energía, los materiales y sistemas constructivos y los residuos. Comme prémisse de base lors de l’examen de l’intervention et de la définition du projet, il a été prévu de maintenir la géométrie et la fonctionnalité que le bâtiment avait à l’origine, au moment de sa construction, mais l’adaptant aux systèmes de construction, installations et finitions les plus actuels et innovants._x000D_ Il était voulu accorder la plus grande importance à l’efficacité énergétique du bâtiment, grâce à un système qui permet l’isolation thermique de la façade tout en donnant une fonction d’étanchéité, cette application sera faite de l’extérieur. Il a été prévu de doter le bâtiment d’une menuiserie avec bris de pont thermique et vitrage avec chambre de verre avec lune extérieure de contrôle solaire et faible émission, la totalité des ponts thermiques sera éliminée._x000D_ Toutes ces interventions visent à garantir une performance énergétique élevée passive, avec le soutien des installations pour réaliser les conditions optimales pour le développement de l’activité prévue à l’intérieur du bâtiment._x000D_Le projet intègre les critères d’éco-efficacité obligatoires par le décret 21/2006 de la Generalitat de Catalunya en ce qui concerne l’eau, l’énergie, les matériaux et les systèmes de construction. Als uitgangspunt bij het overwegen van de interventie en het definiëren van het project, was het de bedoeling om de geometrie en functionaliteit die het gebouw oorspronkelijk had, op het moment van de bouw, maar aan te passen aan de meest huidige en innovatieve bouwsystemen, installaties en afwerkingen._x000D_ Het was de bedoeling om het grootste belang te hechten aan de energie-efficiëntie van het gebouw, door middel van een systeem dat thermische isolatie van de gevel mogelijk maakt terwijl het een waterdichtingsfunctie geeft, zal deze toepassing van buitenaf worden gemaakt. Come premessa di base quando si considera l'intervento e la definizione del progetto, si è voluto mantenere la geometria e la funzionalità che l'edificio aveva originariamente, al momento della sua costruzione, ma adattandolo ai più attuali e innovativi sistemi costruttivi, installazioni e finiture._x000D_ Si è voluto dare la massima importanza all'efficienza energetica dell'edificio, attraverso un sistema che consente l'isolamento termico della facciata pur garantendo una funzione di impermeabilizzazione, questa applicazione sarà fatta dall'esterno. È stato previsto di dotare l'edificio di una falegnameria con rottura del ponte termico e vetri con camera di vetro con luna esterna di Solar Control e Low Emission, la totalità dei ponti termici sarà eliminata._x000D_ Tutti questi interventi mirano a garantire un elevato rendimento energetico dell'edificio in modo passivo, con il supporto degli impianti per raggiungere le condizioni ottimali per lo sviluppo dell'attività pianificata all'interno dell'edificio._x000D_ Il progetto incorpora i criteri obbligatori di ecoefficienza di cui al decreto 21/2006 della Generalitat de Catalunya in materia di acqua, energia, materiali e sistemi di costruzione.
