La correcta acreditación de la ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura a 17.296 unidades inmobiliarias, mediante la solución tecnológica GPON en un escenario de «Fibra hasta el hogar» (FTTH), de 23 entidades singulares de población y la excepción de exclusión de Zona Oeste de Boecillo, pertenecientes a 18 municipios de Castilla y León que se especifican en el anexo «Ámbito geográfico», así como al cumplimiento de las demás obligaciones.
