La Avenida Fernando Conde es una de las principales vías de acceso al casco urbano de A Estrada, pero su estado está muy deteriorado lo cual dificulta que desarrollo plenamente su potencial social y económico._x000D_ Se encuentra en el área de influencia del campo de la feria, zona de elevada actividad durante los días de feria y fue identificada en la EDUSI como una de las zonas prioritarias de actuación en materia de regeneración del entorno urbano._x000D_ La actuación pretende llevar a cabo una serie de mejoras en el pavimento, aceras e infraestructuras soterradas de un tramo degradado de 600 metros de esta vía entre la carretera a Vinseiro y la primera Travesía. Se incluye también alumbrado eficiente e inteligente entre la carretera a la playa y la puerta del sol._x000D_ El proyecto implica tanto aceras como pavimento, redes públicas (iluminación, abastecimiento y saneamiento) y mobiliario urbano. Por tanto, se trata de una actuación integral que reconfigurará por completo la avenida afectada. Con la remodelación se pretende revitalizar el barrio, hacerlo más atractivo para los habitantes y negocios. (Spanish)

Il comprend également un éclairage efficace et intelligent entre la route menant à la plage et la porte du soleil._x000D_ Le projet comprend à la fois des trottoirs et des trottoirs, des réseaux publics (éclairage, approvisionnement et assainissement) et des meubles urbains. De Avenida Fernando Conde is een van de belangrijkste toegangswegen naar het stedelijke gebied van A Estrada, maar de toestand ervan is zeer verslechterd, waardoor het moeilijk is om zijn sociale en economische potentieel volledig te ontwikkelen._x000D_ Het is gelegen in het invloedsgebied van het fair field, een gebied van hoge activiteit tijdens de eerlijke dagen en werd in de EDUSI aangemerkt als een van de prioritaire actiegebieden voor de regeneratie van de stedelijke omgeving._x000D_ De actie beoogt een reeks verbeteringen aan te brengen in de bestrating, de bestrating en de ondergrondse infrastructuur van een gedegradeerd gedeelte van 600 meter van deze weg tussen de weg naar Vinveseiro. Het omvat ook efficiënte en intelligente verlichting tussen de weg naar het strand en de deur van de zon._x000D_ Het project omvat zowel trottoirs als bestrating, openbare netwerken (verlichting, levering en sanitaire voorzieningen) en stedelijk meubilair.
