Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30. roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie nyskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej: - 17% osób niepełnosprawnych, - 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, - 48% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, - 43% osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyższych kategorii. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte 296 (K=159, M=137) osób poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia), należących do tzw. kategorii NEET (zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020). Spośród wszystkich uczestników 260 osób (K=139, M=121) zgodnie z planem zakończą udział w projekcie. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Nysa County. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by at least: — 17 % of people with disabilities, – 35 % of long-term unemployed, – 48 % of low-skilled people, – 43 % of people not eligible for any of the above categories. The project will support 296 (K=159, M=137) people under the age of 30 qualified for the assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”), belonging to the so-called NEET category (as defined by NEET category in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020). Out of all participants, 260 participants (K=139, M=121) will complete the project as planned. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Nysa. Le principal résultat du projet sera de créer des emplois pour au moins: — 17 % des personnes handicapées, — 35 % des chômeurs de longue durée, — 48 % des personnes peu qualifiées, — 43 % des personnes non éligibles à l’une des catégories ci-dessus. Le projet soutiendra 296 personnes (K=159, M=137) âgées de moins de 30 ans remplissant les conditions requises pour le profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou le profil d’aide II (appelé «soutien requis»), appartenant à la catégorie «NEET» (selon la définition de la catégorie NEET adoptée dans le programme opérationnel «Développement de l’éducation aux connaissances 2014-2020»). De tous les participants, 260 personnes (K=139, M=121) sont prévues pour mettre fin à leur participation au projet. Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Bezirk Nysa arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist die Aufnahme einer Beschäftigung für mindestens: — 17 % der Menschen mit Behinderungen, – 35 % der Langzeitarbeitslosen, – 48 % der Geringqualifizierten, 43 % der Personen, die nicht für eine der oben genannten Kategorien in Frage kommen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden 296 (K=159, M=137) Personen unter 30 Jahren unterstützt, die für das Beihilfeprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Hilfsprofil II (sogenannte Förderbedürftigkeit) qualifiziert sind und der sogenannten NEET-Kategorie angehören (gemäß der Definition der NEET-Kategorie, die im operationellen Programm „Wissensbildungsentwicklung 2014-2020“ angenommen wurde). Von allen Teilnehmern sollen 260 Personen (K=139, M=121) ihre Teilnahme am Projekt beenden. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren onder de 30 jaar die werkloos zijn in het district Nysa. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is het starten van de werkgelegenheid voor ten minste: — 17 % van de mensen met een handicap, — 35 % van de langdurig werklozen, — 48 % van de laaggeschoolden — 43 % van degenen die niet in aanmerking komen voor een van de bovengenoemde categorieën. Het project zal steun verlenen aan 296 (K=159, M=137) mensen jonger dan 30 jaar die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of steunprofiel II (zogenaamde steunplichtig), behorend tot de zogenaamde NEET-categorie (volgens de definitie van NEET-categorie die is vastgesteld in het operationele programma voor de ontwikkeling van kennisonderwijs 2014-2020). Van alle deelnemers zijn 260 personen (K=139, M=121) gepland om hun deelname aan het project te beëindigen. In het kader van het project wordt voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per i giovani di età inferiore ai 30 anni disoccupati nel distretto di Nysa. Il principale risultato del progetto sarà quello di avviare un'occupazione almeno per: — 17 % delle persone con disabilità, — 35 % dei disoccupati di lunga durata, — 48 % delle persone scarsamente qualificate, — 43 % di coloro che non possono beneficiare di una delle categorie di cui sopra. Il progetto sosterrà 296 (K=159, M=137) persone di età inferiore ai 30 anni qualificate per il profilo di aiuto I (cosiddetto disoccupato attivo) o il profilo di aiuto II (cosiddetto bisogno di sostegno), appartenenti alla cosiddetta categoria NEET (secondo la definizione di categoria NEET adottata nel programma operativo per lo sviluppo dell'istruzione delle conoscenze 2014-2020). Di tutti i partecipanti, 260 persone (K=139, M=121) dovrebbero porre fine alla loro partecipazione al progetto. Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante interessato. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las oportunidades de empleo de los jóvenes menores de 30 años que están desempleados en el distrito de Nysa. El principal resultado del proyecto será iniciar el empleo durante al menos: — El 17 % de las personas con discapacidad, el 35 % de los desempleados de larga duración, el 48 % de las personas poco cualificadas, el 43 % de las personas que no pueden acogerse a ninguna de las categorías anteriores. El proyecto apoyará a 296 (K=159, M=137) personas menores de 30 años con derecho al perfil de ayuda I (denominados desempleados activos) o al perfil de ayuda II (denominados que requieren apoyo), pertenecientes a la denominada categoría de ninis (según la definición de categoría de ninis adoptada en el Programa Operativo Desarrollo de la Educación del Conocimiento 2014-2020). De todos los participantes, 260 personas (K=139, M=121) están programadas para terminar su participación en el proyecto. En el marco del proyecto, para cada participante, la presentación de una oferta específica de activación profesional irá precedida de un análisis de las competencias, aptitudes y problemas profesionales del participante en cuestión. Sobre esta base, la OLP llevará a cabo servicios e instrumentos del mercado de trabajo debidamente seleccionados a los que se hace referencia en la Ley de promoción del empleo y las instituciones del mercado laboral.
