A Balla Bútor Gyártó és Kereskedelmi Kft. tevékenységét 1996. évben kezdte meg. A társaság alaptevékenysége: 4759 Bútor, szonyeg, világítóberendezés kereskedelme. A vállalkozás korlátolt felelosségu társaságként muködik, a törzstoke nagysága 3000 ezer Ft. Székhelye: 3526 Miskolc Zsolcai kapu 16. Jelen projekt a cég Alsózsolcai telephelyén valósul meg, hiszen a központi irodába vesszük fel az irodai adminisztrátori (54 346 01) munkakörbe titkársági feladatok ellátására az új munkatársat. Az adminisztrátor feladata a vállalat működésével kapcsolatban létrejövő dokumentumok kezelése, tevékenységek összegzése, irodai feladatok ellátása. Az OKJ számát nem tudjuk még pontosan meghatározni, de a Felhívás előírásának megfelelően NEM az OKJ 62-es kódszámú végzettségűek közül választunk. A gyakornok az irodai feladatait számítógépen végzi, így rendelkezésére áll majd egy konica szett (professzionális, nagy gyorsaságú nyomtató szett)és egy laptop is. A két eszköz nettó értéke: 515.000+401.000 Ft, ahogy a költségvetésben feltüntettük. A feladata pedig az irodai adminisztrációs feladatok ellátása, melyek során a dokumentumokat a laptopon állítja össze, és a nyomtató segítségével nyomtatja ki. Ezeken szkenneli be az árajánlatokat, és az egyéb dokumentumokat, melyek az iktatásba kerülnek. A gyakornok a projekt megvalósítása során az elméletben tanultakat gyakorlatban kamatoztathatja. Képessé válik önálló munkavégzésre. A projekt összköltsége 3.668.875 Ft, a költségvetésben tervezetteknek megfelelően. Mivel jelen projektben 1 fő gyakornok foglalkoztatása valósul meg, így a két eszközt ő fogja használni munkája során. A gyakornok mellett egy vállalati kapcsolattartó áll majd, ő Balla Róbert, a vállalkozás tulajdonosa, aki 1992 óta tagja a Kft-nek. Felsőfokú végzettséggel rendelkezik, a Miskolci Egyetemen szerezte üzemgazdász diplomáját 1993-ban. A projekt megvalósítása során biztosítjuk a kötelező nyilvánosságot és a tevékenységeket az uniós projektekre vonatkozó szabályok szerint dokumentáljuk. (Hungarian)

The company operates as a limited company, the size of the torso is 3000 thousand HUF. Registered office: 3526 Miskolc Zsolcai Gate 16. This project is carried out at the company’s premises in Alsózsolca, as the new staff member will be recruited in the head office for the office administrator (54 346 01) to perform secretarial tasks. The administrator is responsible for managing the documents generated in connection with the operation of the company, summarising activities and performing office tasks. We cannot determine the number of OKJ yet, but according to the requirements of the Call, we do NOT choose from those with OKJ 62 qualifications. The trainee will perform his/her office duties on a computer, so he will have a concica set (professional high-speed printer set) and a laptop. The net value of the two assets: HUF 515 000+ 401.000, as indicated in the budget. His task is to perform office administration tasks, where documents are compiled on the laptop and printed with the help of the printer. On these, you scan the quotes and other documents that will be filed. During the implementation of the project, the trainee can make practical use of what is learned in theory. It will be able to work independently. The total cost of the project is HUF 3.668,875, as planned in the budget. As 1 trainee is employed in this project, he will use the two tools for his work. Next to the trainee will be a corporate contact, Róbert Balla, the owner of the company, who has been a member of the Ltd since 1992. He graduated from the University of Miskolc, where he graduated from the University of Miskolc in 1993.
