A projekt keretében a meglévő műanyagüzemünk további bővítése valósul meg, alapvetően kapacitás tartomány emelésével a korszerű autóipari karosszéria műanyag elemek előállítása érdekében. Az IT fejlesztésünk az IPAR 4.0 kihívásaira adott válaszként értelmezhető, hiszen objektív módon gyűjtött adatok és azok elemzése valósul meg, a jelenlegi ERP rendszerbe épített megoldásként. Az ehhez szükséges hardver elemek beszerzése is cél jelen fejlesztés megvalósításával. A tervezett építési tevékenységünk főként a tiszta teres fröccsöntési technológia bevezetése, melyre egyre nagyobb vevői igény és elvárás mutatkozik, illetve a vagyonvédelmet szolgáló kerítés kialakítása, mely jelentős mértékű vagyonvesztést lesz képes megelőzni. A tervezett megvalósítása a támogatói döntést követően a vonatkozó közbeszerzési eljárások lefolytatását követően szinte azonnal megkezdődik, hogy a jövő év első negyedévében már használatba tudjuk venni és a beszerzésre kerülő magas hozzáadott értékű termékek termelése, az összeszerelési munkával kiegészítve már itt kerüljön kialakításra. A betervezett gépi eszközök telepítésében a gépet eladó cégek járnak közben és az árajánlatokban bemutatott garanciális feltételekkel, biztosítják a projekt sikeres megvalósítását és fenntartását. A pályázati elszámolás (kifizetési kérelem) benyújtásának tervezett időpontja: 2018-os év I. negyedéve és 2018-os év vége. A projekt legfontosabb részeként jelen kérelem benyújtását tekintjük, melyet követően tovább folytatjuk az egyeztetéseket a vevőkkel a kapacitások még pontosabb meghatározása érdekében az esetlegesen szükséges további finomhangolások érdekében. Cégünk vezetésének jelentős tapasztalata van beruházási projektek végrehajtásában, hiszen az ősszel került befejezésre korábbi GINOP pályázatunk, melynek záró kifizetési kérelme is benyújtásra került. A bemutatott gépek eszközök elhelyezése részben a jelenleg rendelkezésre álló gyártócsarnokban biztosított. A szükséges energia és egyéb igények biztosítottak. A projekt helyszíne cégünk saját tulajdonában áll. A projekt során végzett előkészítési tevékenységünk, a piaci igények kihívásának megfelelő fröccsöntő kapacitás beszerzése, mind a nagy záróerővel rendelkező, mind a kis kapacitású gépek esetében. Egyeztetéseket folytattunk mind a gépek forgalmazóival mind pedig a vevőinkkel a vonatkozó kapacitások felépítése tekintetében a legoptimálisabb megoldás kialakítása végett. A projekt keretében cégünk nemcsak műanyag termékeket tud majd értékesíteni, hanem különféle szerelt, illetve tovább feldolgozott termékek előállítására is lesz lehetőségünk. A tervezett gyártási kapacitással jelentős, nagy hozzáadott értékű, komoly mérnöki szaktudást is jelentő munkavégzésre nyílik lehetőségünk, melynek keretében magas profit tartalmú új kapacitásokhoz jutunk. Within the framework of the project, further expansion of our existing plastic plant will be realised, basically by increasing capacity range for the production of modern automotive body plastic elements. Our IT development can be interpreted as a response to the challenges of IPAR 4.0, since data collected in an objective way and their analysis are realised as a solution built into the current ERP system. The acquisition of the necessary hardware components is also an objective through the implementation of the present development. Our planned construction activity is mainly the introduction of clean injection molding technology, for which there is growing customer demand and expectation, and the construction of a fence to protect property, which will be able to prevent significant loss of assets. Following the decision of the sponsor, the planned implementation starts almost immediately after the implementation of the relevant public procurement procedures, so that in the first quarter of next year the production of high added value products to be procured will be established here, complemented by the assembly work. In the installation of the planned machine tools, the companies selling the machine are in the process and under the warranty conditions presented in the quotations, ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the project. Planned date for submission of the tender statement (payment request): The first quarter of 2018 and the end of 2018. The most important part of the project is the submission of the present application, after which we will continue the discussions with the buyers in order to further define the capacities in order to further fine-tuning if necessary. The management of our company has considerable experience in implementing investment projects, since our previous GINOP application was completed in the autumn, and the final payment request was submitted. The equipment presented is partially located in the production hall currently available. The necessary energy and other demands are ensured. The site of the project is owned by our company. Our preparation activities during the project, the acquisition of injection moulding capacity in line with the challenges of the market needs, both for high closing force and for small capacity machines. We negotiated with both the machine distributors and our customers in order to find the most optimal solution for the construction of the relevant capacities. As part of the project, our company will not only be able to sell plastic products, but we will also be able to produce various assembled and further processed products. With the planned production capacity, we will be able to work with a high added value and significant engineering expertise, in which we can obtain new capacities with high profit content. Dans le cadre du projet, une nouvelle expansion de notre usine de plastique existante sera réalisée, essentiellement en augmentant la gamme de capacités pour la production d’éléments en plastique de carrosserie automobile modernes. Notre développement informatique peut être interprété comme une réponse aux défis d’IPAR 4.0, puisque les données collectées de manière objective et leur analyse sont réalisées comme une solution intégrée dans le système ERP actuel. L’acquisition des composants matériels nécessaires est également un objectif par la mise en œuvre du présent développement. Notre activité de construction prévue est principalement l’introduction de la technologie de moulage par injection propre, pour laquelle il y a une demande et des attentes croissantes des clients, et la construction d’une clôture pour protéger la propriété, qui sera en mesure d’éviter des pertes significatives d’actifs. À la suite de la décision du promoteur, la mise en œuvre prévue commence presque immédiatement après la mise en œuvre des procédures de passation des marchés publics concernées, de sorte qu’au premier trimestre de l’année prochaine, la production de produits à forte valeur ajoutée à acquérir sera établie ici, complétée par les travaux d’assemblage. Lors de l’installation des machines-outils planifiées, les entreprises qui vendent la machine sont en cours et dans les conditions de garantie présentées dans les devis, assurent la mise en œuvre et la maintenance réussies du projet. Date prévue pour la soumission du bordereau d’appel d’offres (demande de paiement): Le premier trimestre 2018 et la fin de 2018. La partie la plus importante du projet est la soumission de la présente demande, après quoi nous poursuivrons les discussions avec les acheteurs afin de mieux définir les capacités afin d’affiner le cas échéant. La direction de notre société dispose d’une expérience considérable dans la mise en œuvre de projets d’investissement, puisque notre précédente application GINOP a été complétée à l’automne et que la demande de paiement final a été soumise. L’équipement présenté est partiellement situé dans le hall de production actuellement disponible. L’énergie nécessaire et d’autres exigences sont assurées. Le site du projet est la propriété de notre société. Nos activités de préparation pendant le projet, l’acquisition de la capacité de moulage par injection en fonction des besoins du marché, tant pour la force de fermeture élevée que pour les machines de petite capacité. Nous avons négocié avec les distributeurs de machines et nos clients afin de trouver la solution la plus optimale pour la construction des capacités pertinentes. Dans le cadre du projet, notre société sera non seulement en mesure de vendre des produits en plastique, mais nous serons également en mesure de produire divers produits assemblés et transformés. Avec la capacité de production prévue, nous serons en mesure de travailler avec une grande valeur ajoutée et une expertise significative en ingénierie, dans laquelle nous pouvons obtenir de nouvelles capacités avec un contenu lucratif élevé. Les systèmes ISO de notre société ont été introduits pour assurer à la fois la sélection et la production du respect de la qualité avec le texte intégral sous la forme d’une déclaration figurant dans les annexes. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird eine weitere Erweiterung unseres bestehenden Kunststoffwerks realisiert, im Wesentlichen durch die Erhöhung der Kapazitätsspanne für die Herstellung moderner Karosseriekunststoffelemente. Unsere IT-Entwicklung kann als Antwort auf die Herausforderungen des IPAR 4.0 interpretiert werden, da die gesammelten Daten objektiv und deren Analyse als Lösung im aktuellen ERP-System realisiert werden. Der Erwerb der notwendigen Hardwarekomponenten ist auch ein Ziel durch die Umsetzung der aktuellen Entwicklung. Unsere geplante Bautätigkeit ist vor allem die Einführung sauberer Spritzgießtechnik, für die die Nachfrage und Erwartung der Kunden steigt, und der Bau eines Zauns zum Schutz von Eigentum, das in der Lage sein wird, einen erheblichen Verlust von Vermögenswerten zu verhindern. Nach der Entscheidung des Sponsors beginnt die geplante Umsetzung fast unmittelbar nach der Durchführung der einschlägigen Vergabeverfahren, so dass hier im ersten Quartal des nächsten Jahres die Produktion von zu beschaffenden Produkten mit hohem Mehrwert, ergänzt durch die Montagearbeiten, hergestellt wird. Bei der Installation der geplanten Werkzeugmaschinen sind die Unternehmen, die die Maschine verkaufen, im Prozess und unter den Garantiebedingungen, die in den Angeboten aufgeführt sind, für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung und Wartung des Projekts sorgen. Voraussichtlicher Termin für die Einreichung der Angebotsaufstellung (Zahlungsaufforderung): Das erste Quartal 2018 und Ende 2018. Der wichtigste Teil des Projekts ist die Einreichung des vorliegenden Antrags, nach dem wir die Gespräche mit den Käufern fortsetzen werden, um die Kapazitäten weiter zu definieren, um ggf. weitere Feinabstimmungen zu erzielen. Das Management unseres Unternehmens verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Investitionsprojekten, da unser bisheriger GINOP-Antrag im Herbst abgeschlossen wurde und die abschließende Zahlungsaufforderung eingereicht wurde. Die vorgestellte Ausrüstung befindet sich teilweise in der derzeit verfügbaren Produktionshalle. Die nötigen Energie- und sonstigen Anforderungen werden sichergestellt. Der Standort des Projekts befindet sich im Besitz unseres Unternehmens. Unsere Vorbereitungsaktivitäten während des Projekts, der Erwerb von Spritzgießkapazitäten entsprechend den Herausforderungen des Marktbedarfs, sowohl für hohe Schließkraft als auch für Maschinen mit geringer Kapazität. Wir haben sowohl mit den Maschinenverteilern als auch mit unseren Kunden verhandelt, um die optimale Lösung für den Bau der relevanten Kapazitäten zu finden. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird unser Unternehmen nicht nur in der Lage sein, Kunststoffprodukte zu verkaufen, sondern wir werden auch in der Lage sein, verschiedene zusammengesetzte und weiterverarbeitete Produkte herzustellen. Mit der geplanten Produktionskapazität können wir mit einem hohen Mehrwert und umfangreichem Engineering-Know-how arbeiten, in dem wir neue Kapazitäten mit hohem Gewinngehalt erwerben können. Die ISO-Systeme unseres Unternehmens wurden eingeführt, um sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Herstellung der Qualitätskonformität mit dem Volltext in Form einer Erklärung in den Anhängen zu gewährleisten.
