Pályázatunk célja a család társadalmi szerepének megerősítése, a családi kohézió növelése a krízishelyzetek kezelése, illetve kialakulásuk megelőzése, olyan komplex szolgáltatások nyújtásával, amelyek egyszerre több oldalról és egymás hatását erősítve kezelik a problémákat. Projektünk megvalósításával hozzájárulunk a család társadalmi szerepének megerősítéséhez, a családi kohézió növeléséhez, a családok életvezetési kompetenciáinak fejlesztéséhez, ösztönözve a generációkon átívelő együttműködést. Projektünk szakmai megvalósításával összefüggésben három tevékenységet kívánunk végrehajtani: - Család és munka összeegyeztetését segítő tanácsadás, képzések és programok lebonyolítása - Sajátos vagy nehéz helyzetben lévő családokat segítő programok, tanácsadás, csoportfoglalkozások, tréningek lebonyolítása - Családi közösségépítő programok szervezése. A tevékenységek részletes leírását, a megvalósításra kerülő programokat, illetve azok időbeni ütemezését a mellékelt szakmai tervünk tartalmazza. A szakmai megvalósítás mellett tevékenység formájában projektmenedzsment, szakmai vezetés, valamint szakmai koordinációs szolgáltatás kerül még igénybevételre. Ezek a feladatok munkaszerződéssel, azaz saját teljesítésben, vagy megbízási szerződéssel kerülnek ellátásra. Ezen kívül igénybe veszünk nyilvánosság biztosításával összefüggő szolgáltatásokat is, melyeket külső szolgáltató szerződéses úton teljesít a projekt során a megfelelő kommunikációs csomag alapján. A projekt megvalósítása során figyelembe vesszük a horizontális szempontokat, úgy mint az esélyegyenlőség és fenntarthatóság. Összesen kilenc partnerszervezettel kötöttünk együttműködési megállapodást, így a projekt megvalósításában széles körű segítségre számíthatunk tőlük. Ez komoly segítséget nyújt a projekt teljes hossza alatt. Célunk, hogy projektünk eredményeiből hosszú távon is hasznosuljon szervezetünk. The aim of our application is to strengthen the role of the family in society, to increase family cohesion in dealing with crisis situations and to prevent them from developing, by providing complex services that deal with the problems from multiple sides and by strengthening each other’s impact. By implementing our project, we contribute to strengthening the role of the family in society, increasing family cohesion and developing the family’s life management competences, encouraging intergenerational cooperation. In the context of the professional implementation of our project, we intend to carry out three activities: — Counselling, training and programs to help reconcile family and work — Programmes, counselling, group activities and trainings for families in special or difficult situations — Organisation of family community-building programmes. The detailed description of the activities, the programmes to be implemented and their timelines are set out in our attached technical plan. In addition to the professional implementation, project management, professional management and professional coordination services are also used in the form of activities. These tasks are performed by means of a contract of employment, i.e. by own performance or by a contract of entrustment. In addition, we also use services related to the provision of publicity, which are performed contractually by an external service provider during the project on the basis of the appropriate communication package. The implementation of the project takes into account horizontal aspects such as equal opportunities and sustainability. In total, we have signed cooperation agreements with nine partner organisations, so they can rely on a wide range of assistance in the implementation of the project. This will be of great help throughout the entire duration of the project. Our goal is to benefit our organisation from the results of our project in the long term. L’objectif de notre application est de renforcer le rôle de la famille dans la société, d’accroître la cohésion familiale dans les situations de crise et de les empêcher de se développer, en fournissant des services complexes qui traitent les problèmes de multiples côtés et en renforçant l’impact de l’autre. En mettant en œuvre notre projet, nous contribuons à renforcer le rôle de la famille dans la société, à renforcer la cohésion familiale et à développer les compétences de gestion de la vie familiale, en encourageant la coopération intergénérationnelle. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre professionnelle de notre projet, nous avons l’intention de réaliser trois activités: — Conseils, formation et programmes d’aide à la conciliation de la famille et du travail — Programmes, conseils, activités de groupe et formations à l’intention des familles en situation particulière ou difficile — Organisation de programmes de renforcement de la communauté familiale. La description détaillée des activités, des programmes à mettre en œuvre et de leurs échéanciers figure dans notre plan technique ci-joint. Outre la mise en œuvre professionnelle, les services de gestion de projet, de gestion professionnelle et de coordination professionnelle sont également utilisés sous forme d’activités. Ces tâches sont exécutées au moyen d’un contrat de travail, c’est-à-dire par leur propre exécution ou par un contrat de mandat. En outre, nous utilisons également des services liés à la fourniture de publicité, qui sont exécutés contractuellement par un prestataire de services externe pendant le projet sur la base du paquet de communication approprié. La mise en œuvre du projet tient compte d’aspects horizontaux tels que l’égalité des chances et la durabilité. Au total, nous avons signé des accords de coopération avec neuf organisations partenaires, de sorte qu’elles peuvent compter sur un large éventail d’assistance pour la mise en œuvre du projet. Cela sera d’une grande aide tout au long de la durée du projet. Notre objectif est de profiter à notre organisation des résultats de notre projet à long terme. Ziel unserer Anwendung ist es, die Rolle der Familie in der Gesellschaft zu stärken, den Zusammenhalt der Familie im Umgang mit Krisensituationen zu stärken und sie daran zu hindern, sich zu entwickeln, indem komplexe Dienstleistungen angeboten werden, die sich mit den Problemen von mehreren Seiten befassen, und die Wirkung der anderen zu verstärken. Durch die Umsetzung unseres Projekts tragen wir zur Stärkung der Rolle der Familie in der Gesellschaft, zur Stärkung des Familienzusammenhalts und zur Entwicklung der Lebensmanagementkompetenzen der Familie bei und fördern die generationenübergreifende Zusammenarbeit. Im Rahmen der professionellen Umsetzung unseres Projekts beabsichtigen wir, drei Aktivitäten durchzuführen: — Beratung, Ausbildung und Programme zur Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf – Programme, Beratung, Gruppenaktivitäten und Schulungen für Familien in besonderen oder schwierigen Situationen – Organisation von Gemeinschaftsprogrammen für Familien. Die detaillierte Beschreibung der Aktivitäten, der durchzuführenden Programme und deren Zeitplan ist in unserem beigefügten technischen Plan dargelegt. Neben der professionellen Umsetzung werden auch Projektmanagement, professionelles Management und professionelle Koordinationsleistungen in Form von Aktivitäten eingesetzt. Diese Aufgaben werden durch einen Arbeitsvertrag, d. h. durch eigene Ausführung oder durch einen Betrauungsvertrag, ausgeführt. Darüber hinaus nutzen wir auch Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Publizitätserbringung, die von einem externen Dienstleister im Rahmen des Projekts auf der Grundlage des entsprechenden Kommunikationspakets vertraglich erbracht werden. Bei der Umsetzung des Projekts werden horizontale Aspekte wie Chancengleichheit und Nachhaltigkeit berücksichtigt. Insgesamt haben wir Kooperationsvereinbarungen mit neun Partnerorganisationen unterzeichnet, so dass sie sich auf eine breite Palette von Unterstützung bei der Durchführung des Projekts verlassen können. Dies wird während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit sehr hilfreich sein. Unser Ziel ist es, unsere Organisation langfristig von den Ergebnissen unseres Projekts zu profitieren.
