La présente opération ne comporte qu’une seule action, à savoir l’encadrement et l’accompagnement de public en difficulté d’insertion dans le cadre du chantier d’insertion d’Hennebont. Le chantier d’insertion porté par le CCAS d’Hennebont est un chantier mixte de 10 places permettant l’embauche de salariés en insertion dans le cadre d’un CDDI - 26 heures hebdomadaires, et, est axé autour de travaux d'entretien, d'aménagement, et, de restauration, de patrimoine culturel et d'espaces naturels. Le recrutement des participants privilégie les projets des postulants et leurs capacités ou leurs besoins pour les réaliser. Tout au long du contrat, est assuré un accompagnement socioprofessionnel de 12 h/semaine sur le site du chantier : entretiens individuels et formations collectives. Des actions collectives et des PMSMP sont proposées. Le support que constitue le chantier mobilise différents acteurs avec des temps forts : 4 groupes d'appui dans l'année + un comité de pilotage annuel (French)

The insertion site carried out by the Hennebont CCAS is a mixed 10-seat site allowing employees to be hired as part of a CDDI — 26 hours a week, and focuses on maintenance, development and restoration work, cultural heritage and natural areas. Die vorliegende Maßnahme umfasst nur eine Aktion, nämlich die Betreuung und Begleitung von Personen, die sich in Schwierigkeiten bei der Eingliederung im Rahmen der Wiedereingliederungswerft Hennebont befinden. Die vom CCAS d’Hennebont getragene Einbettungswerft ist eine gemischte Baustelle mit 10 Plätzen, die die Einstellung von Arbeitnehmern ermöglicht, die im Rahmen eines CDDI eingeschrieben werden – 26 Stunden pro Woche – und konzentriert sich auf Instandhaltungs-, Umbau- und Restaurierungsarbeiten, kulturelles Erbe und Naturräume. Die Rekrutierung der Teilnehmer konzentriert sich auf die Projekte der Bewerber und deren Fähigkeiten oder Bedürfnisse, um sie zu verwirklichen. Während des gesamten Vertrags wird eine sozioprofessionelle Begleitung von 12 Stunden/Woche auf dem Baustellengelände gewährleistet: Einzelgespräche und Gruppenschulungen. Es werden kollektive Maßnahmen und PMSMP vorgeschlagen. De door de Hennebont CCAS uitgevoerde invoegplaats is een gemengde 10-zits site waar werknemers kunnen worden ingehuurd als onderdeel van een CDDI — 26 uur per week, en richt zich op onderhoud, ontwikkeling en restauratie, cultureel erfgoed en natuurgebieden. De aanwerving van deelnemers geeft prioriteit aan de projecten van de sollicitanten en hun capaciteiten of hun behoeften om deze te verwezenlijken. Il sito di inserimento effettuato dall'Hennebont CCAS è un sito misto a 10 posti che consente di assumere dipendenti come parte di un CDDI — 26 ore alla settimana, e si concentra su lavori di manutenzione, sviluppo e restauro, patrimonio culturale e aree naturali. L'assunzione dei partecipanti dà priorità ai progetti dei candidati e alle loro capacità o necessità di realizzarli.
